Rooms (cleanliness, amenities, technology, etc.): 3/5 Gorgeous clean rooms that are very spatious with comfy beds. See my note why this one is a 3. 3. On-premise restaurants: 5/5 There are two. One is Michelin one that you have to make a reservation in advance. We went to the other one. Good food, wine selection. Manager can step in if need to, wink. 4. Pool area: 5/5 Indoor pool within on-premise Spa was amazing to relax after long day of driving. 5. Service: 5/5 Overall weighted score: 4.6 out of 5.0 Notes: We really needed to be able to cast from our phone to TV that weekend but the technology of this beautiful Palace seem to have been stuck in 2000s. The concierge somewhat laughingly confirmed that their TVs are indeed older. I would expect this level of property to get onboard with technology especially at this price point of room charges. There is also an underground parking that is well lit and connected to the hotel. Would we come back? Yes
