The room is big, well ventilated, not too hot in summer, absolutely amazing! Good dinner, better breakfast Remember to bring toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers In and out are sporty boys and girls, so beautiful!

Hotel is lovely, very picturesque. Receptionists and the rest of the employees were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The rooms are cute but by no means what we expected from a 4-star hotel. Our son was constantly woken by the noise of our neighbours as the walls are paper thin and clanking and footsteps from the people above. You can hear TV, over hear phone conversations and things one would not like to hear (it is kind of romantic hotel). Also the noise from the motorway is not blocked by the windows. Other than breakfast, we never ate at the hotel as the food was served only after 8.30pm which is too late for our son. Also, when I asked to see the restaurant menu, I was told that the only menu we can choose from is the cafeteria menu with burger and sandwich or something similar on it. Not quite a dinner we’d like to have in Spain or in a romantic getaway. What also really bothered us was a lack of storage - no shelves or drawers. One big wardrobe with 6 hangers and one shelf - for 3 peoples clothing for 7 days. Sick of living off from a suitcase. We definitely won’t be coming back here, as it’s far from our expectation of a 4-star getaway (we have stayed many times at a 3-star hotel near by and this won’t compare, maybe few stars have been given for the sauna and pool?). If little things like missing a wardrobe door, towels with holes (they are nicely scratchy though!) and noise from the neighbours doesn’t bother you, then it is a lovely hotel to stay in. (Stayed on second floor with the balcony overlooking motorway). Just not for our taste. Ps! Also the car park is tiny and if you come back later in the evening you might struggle with finding parking.

Dog friendly hotel about 10 mins off the A7. Plenty of secure parking in a quiet, mainly residential area. Great bar/cafe in the Sports complex behind the hotel. Lunch was excellent. Plenty of grass and outdoor areas for our 2 dogs. Small bar open in the evening, but food menu poor. Best to eat out, or order in. Good sized rooms with a terrace on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was ok. Both female receptionists were very friendly. The ‘gym’ has a couple of weights and an old cross trainer. Would stay here again on trips from uk to cdl

Great hotel with friendly service and all you need. The rooms are nice, clan and functional. The pool is great for the kids and the service team greets you with a smile. The restaurant and bar complimented the packs. Would certainly recommend for families

A nice place with nice staff but not full of "Western Comforts" ie; stiff beds and long and lumpy pillows, shuttles to airport and/or day tours, coffee machine in room, shampoo, etc. The property is right next to busy highway, but noise levels are ok. Right next door is a nice resort with restaurant open to the public which is a bonus.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good restaurant, and eco-friendly (first hotel I’ve been to with paper packaging of amenities). Lovely facility.

Nous avons été ravis des trois nuits passées dans cet établissement au confort simple mais de bonne qualité. Un accueil irréprochable et en français, la chambre au volume convenable avec un balcon bien agréable donnant sur les jardins, la piscine et le parking gratuit nous ont entièrement satisfaits. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme à deux pas de Betera où par le métro nous pouvons rejoindre Valence en trente minutes. Bouteille d'eau renouvelée quotidiennement. Le seul aspect négatif concerne les oreillers , trop mou à notre goût.
