What a disappoin**ent. This is definitely not a resort. Hot tub wasn’t working, we told them and it appears it’s been broken a while?? Why wouldn’t you fix it? No clean towels for the pool and the guy working, kept saying, “that’s all we got”, referring to the hand towels near the pool. He had a bad attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service/hospitality. The thermostat in the bedroom was broken and when we called he said it would take 30 min to come on and it never did. No elevator, so you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. Not worth the price. Hotel advertised a zip line, that didn’t exist. No food on site. Room comes with one coffee pod and no water. Again, not a resort or anything I would have imagined for the price.

The beds in our room weren’t comfortable they were very hard and the bathroom needs update, we had some mole in the sealing close to the window, we herd lots of movement thru the night people walking thru the hallways and kids playing with a office chair just rolling around there room and finally stop making noise around 11pm. Our door from our room had a huge gap in the bottom I could fit my hole hand thru… Nice place, lots of restaurants around and stores very close to the down town walking distance…

A ton of dust under the beds and hair in the shower, room didn’t look like it gotten cleaned other than changing sheets. Management did take care of us with complementary gifts and by sending someone to clean.

Very poor sound isolation. Very dusty under the beds. All furnitures seem relatively new.

It was clean and cute but the bed wasn't comfortable and our room was right next to the stairwell and alley, so there was lots of noise.
