Our stay was ok but they did not cleaned the room next morning on our extended stay as it should always been done before 11:00 am. The house keeping came by 4:00 pm after we complained which was very annoying.

2, no hot water in tap
no tea cattle
no table for having dinner, one has to eat on bed. No room making in evening
breakfast not ready by 8. 30 am. Reception staff, discriminatory towards mm t and direct customers. Overall a poor experience. No attendant to guide you to the room at the time of check-in, no attendant to help in check out. Very poor audit by mm t, to include hotel in this premium category. What a great toast

The room which we were given was not clean at all. The bed sheets and pillow covers were stained and the bathroom had hair strands all over. Even the mugs and the water heater was filthy. We had to instruct the staff to clean the room after we checked in which wasted our time. And to top it all, there was hair in the tea that we ordered. All in all, it was very unhygienic and we would never recommend this hotel.

Staff just like local or un educated, i had to ask him for room cleaning and after cleaning the room, i had to call him 4 to 5 times because i had mosquitoes no anyone response

The hotel was good, room was very nice, staff were courteous, professional and willing to help. The food in restaurant was very good. Hotel ambience was also good and room service was prompt.
