Granada Apartments

A very nice apartment and lovely staff! Granted us early checkin the day before arrival and just overall accommodating. Staff were easy enough to contact about any problems, having travelled with prams it was easy enough to manoeuvre them up and down the stairs to the room on first floor. A lovely and clean apartment fitted with refreshments and smart tvs in each room. The sofa bed was very comfortable as were all the others. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone, very family friendly setting! With a park across the road, an arcade just 5 minutes and the tram stop just outside with a little cafe it was the perfect location especially with young children

This is our second time of stating at the granada blackpool. Very clean and spacious apartment .free parking available also. We really enjoyed our stay and customer service was really prompt in sorting any issues we had . My daughter left her phone at the apartment and we didn't realise this until they rang us about this and sent it to us free of charge. We are definitely staying at their apartment when next we visit Backpool

Very poor customer service. Booked and checked I had disabled access. No staff answered phone calls. Stairs carpet needed a good hoover. Room in itself was clean. I leave my honest personal review and now every day I'm getting phone calls and voicemails off staff. I paid in full, took them a while to refund £200 deposit.

Beautiful property, practical layout with 2 bathrooms, property is clean and modern, good communal kitchen, property in good location. Kitchen has good facilities and great that towels are included! Great showers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay plus more, there was a fan in every room plus smart tvs which were great for the kids. The owners were polite, friendly and very welcoming. We had a great time and would return in future.
