It's good to eat as soon as you open the door!
But if you're a little late, the line will be long.
Upon check-in, the overall facilities and location of the hotel
There is no guidance at all
There is no system and no one seems to be in charge.
Long wait from check-in

and nothing is solved
Maybe that's why there is no phone in the hotel room
