"We booked a roomeith a balcony and sea view. However, on arrival the hotel tried to extort an additional 30 euros a day for sea view and balcony. They tried to push us into a room up several staircases, with a very small window, no balcony and no sea view in the old part of the hotel or pay the extra. We refused and insisted we had, in writing via email, a sea view and balcony. Finally they agreed we could stay in the better room and we weren't charged. Room was great, view excellent with lift in new part of the hotel with lively sunbathing decks. Lunch was excellent. Cocktails were great and all included."

"We booked this hotel after reading the reviews but after staying there we wondered who writes them. The pool area was okay but the sun beds were disgusting not at all clean, The room was basic but the bathroom was horrible the lighting was useless and it was never properly cleaned, I went out to buy bleach to clean it, yet there was an envelope on the unit for tips!! The balcony was not fit for purpose and was never swept. The staff were very good and would do anything for you especially Sercan. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"My stay at this Bodrum hotel had both pleasant surprises and noticeable drawbacks. The hotel itself is very new, with clean and refreshing decor. The front desk staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout. They even offered a free room upgrade during check-in, and my room faced the Aegean Sea directly. Opening the window revealed an entire sea view, which was absolutely stunning. However, a significant downside is the lack of on-site parking, making it very inconvenient for guests traveling by car. Also, during my stay, the hotel wasn't offering breakfast, so I had to find options outside."

Sadly just massage spots seem to be scarce (at least off season) The gourmet restaurant teases you with fine culinary creations out of the region."

Ms. Kubra checked us in and was so kind to upgrade us to a beautiful room for my husband’s birthday. She made sure that we were informed about the different services that the property offers, and that we were pleased with our room. She also went above and beyond and made sure that we had a beautiful space to watch the World Cup games. Yusuf gave us a wonderful tour of the property and gave us a ride to our room. During our stay, whenever he saw us, he greeted us and always made sure that we were happy. The food is absolutely incredible, and the service is also top-notch. For breakfast, we had the pleasure of having Indah serve us and she was incredible. She was always smiling and making sure that our food was what we wanted. She also made recommendations and this was very helpful. For dinner, we had the pleasure of having Lara seat us. She made sure we had great spots to enjoy dinner. Additionally, Yoxanes served us twice. He went above and beyond, and made sure that our dinners were perfect. Such a fabulous server, and he truly made our dinners incredible. During our entire stay, we had the pleasure of meeting Ozge and she took care of us very well. She gave us beautiful spots to lounge in at Suyah and around the hotel. She was always close by to make sure that our needs were meant. Lastly, we spent three beautiful days at Suyah pool, and everyone there made sure that we had all the food and drinks that we needed. Overall, our stay was incredible!"
