Hotel in general is very good. Quality of food was perfect and everything was very clean 😊 we had some minor issues, but they were immediately solved by the receptionist. What is most important, animations were PERFECT! Special thanks to Busra, who is such an amazing person ❤️❤️❤️

Great services and food was great. The staff was amazing especially in the evening with the entertainment and live shows. Bushra was great in all aspects especially organising events for us in the evenings. Thank you for everything you made our holiday and experience we will never forgot.

amazing hotel with great pool and spa. the staff are awesome! highly recommended hotel. amazing shows every night which you most definently have to see, as theres different events every night! the animation team are the best!!! especialy BUSHRA! Thank you for everything you have been a great help throughout this holiday and made it awesome for us!

The hotel staffs were absolutely amazing, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The food was excellent however lunch was quite repetitive but it was still good. I loved all the entertainment. Most importantly, the spa was the BEST! The three ladies who did our spa were so sweet, I wish I said a last goodbye to them. I got ripped off by the manicure man who charged me 5 euros just for nail polish. They offered me nail polish and I said yes but they didn’t tell me they will charge me, it also was not on their price list. So be careful when you go to the hair salon. Apart from that, everything is beautifully organised, professional and staffs are always available to help. Definitely would go again with my family. Worth every penny!

The best Turkish hammam in all of Belek!! The staff are genuine, hospitable and explain everything very well. I had the gold package and my skin felt amazing. The facilities are very beautiful and relaxing. I would go back to this hotel again, just for the spa. Amazing service, 10/10.

If you want to relax and not worry about anything, this is the place for you) The food is wonderful, always fresh baked goods, there is a choice of fish, meat, poultry, different types of side dishes, a crazy variety of desserts, delicious coffee, various alcoholic drinks, water, as much as you want. For those who sit on the PP, there are also current food options) We'll come again)

Very good hotel. Excellent location, mountain views, almost the entire area is green. A good and varied diet plays a very important role. Regarding entertainment: the animators are very good at what they do, everything is organized. Evening shows are varied! Thank you very much for your hospitality)

Not a good hotel to stay at, kitchen manager is very rude. Literally shouted at me for coming in to the kitchen at closing time which was awful behaviour. Hotel did not inform me of checkout time and I went over 3 hours after checkout time and they charged me £50 extra for overtime. So all these 'free' drinks and free pool is a scam. My flight was at 11pm and they expected me to checkout at 11:30am the same day. So what did they want me to do for 10 hours? Just very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Cant speak a word of English which I think is so unreal, tourist come and expect to have an easy journey. Had to Google translate and ask them what I wanted.
