No hot water. No toiletries. 1 towel. No temperature control. Bed was uncomfortable... The list goes on.

They did not have hot water and we did not check in until 3:30 as they did not have clean rooms.

There is a lack of cleanliness in the sanitary batteries, we found the bathroom dirty, sheets stained as well as the duvets, an old, damp or moldy smell in the atmosphere of the rooms, when we made the reservation they gave us a price and then they showed us the billing VAT and they would not allow us access to the rooms if we did not cancel immediately.
They wanted to charge us for an additional laundry service.
Reception staff need to be trained more in customer service.
Overall this eccoin hotel I would not recommend to anyone!

They do not clean daily and in addition they do not provide the cleaning supplies daily, rather the room is clean and with the cleaning supplies when they deliver it because later they forget that there is a guest and that they must clean it even if the client leaves late
