Panglao Sea Resort - Tangnan Reviews

Stayed at room 22, I think the aircon needs fixing. Room was hot even when set to 16deg temp. The bidet in the toilet was leaking. Breakfast starts at 8AM. We requested for a 6AM breakfast but they cannot serve it that early. Earliest was at 7:30AM. They also provided us with free shuttle to the airport but did not agree to leave before 8AM even if we said that our flight was at 9AM. I was able to convince them to leave by 7:50. When we got to the airport, our flight is already boarding. That was a stressful morning. Will never stay here again.

This was a really nice exclusive resort. With beautiful scenery. Place very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good only negative was food was pricey for such small portion. But a really nice hidden treasure. I would definitely go back here again thank you for such a nice time.

We had an amazing stay! Though the beach fronting all rooms is a great view, it is not that nice to swim but it didn't matter I guess when you have a nice, spacious room with thoughtful amenities. Food is awesome and their service is really great. I recommend to book their penthouse suite, super niceee!!!

The place was nice and clean. The only thing is that the food services were too slow.

Overall, it's good. You can go to the sea and play in the water after you get off the hotel. The water quality is very good. You can also go to the sea when the tide is low in the morning. You can play for a whole day, especially the rest area by the sea. The sea breeze is very comfortable. The location is a bit remote. There are no restaurants nearby. You can only go there. Hotel restaurant, not many dishes, reasonably priced! Beef bone soup is good! The only complaint is that the water in the shower is very slow. If this facility is improved, this hotel will be very cost-effective!

The environment is OK, after all, it is close to the sea, and there are not many people. There are also supporting airport pick-up and motorcycle rental services, and the service is OK. The only problem is the facilities in the room. The bathroom is simple and smells bad. The shower water flows slowly and the water pressure is not enough. The air conditioner is old and it takes about 1 hour to cool down.

The location is unique, next to the diving resort Napaling, you can actually walk there. Of course, you can also snorkel where you are.

Snorkeling is good, but there are too few dining options and the food service is too slow

It was easy to get to, and the location was also good. I like the facilities, and first of all, it's quiet, so I like the service and meals as if you'll be healed when you want to rest quietly. I think I'll find it again next time

Jeongso is a bit far from downtown. The hotel is small but clean, quiet and very nice The staff were also helpful and kind as if they were doing their own thing ^^

We spent a week here and it was awesome. Our room on the 3rd floor had great sea views and sunsets. The meals were well prepared and tasty. The staff were always smiling an happy to assist if they could. The owner, Alfred, has had the resort for 14 years and cares deeply about every aspect. We especially loved the grotto, a shallow hard bottom carve out from volcanic rock where filtered sea water circulates. Sweet basking conditions without the sweating of the lounge chairs by the pool.

It was a super cute little resort on the ocean and in the jungle at the same time. Very relaxing and the owner was there and very attentive!! Definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel from June 2-5, the place is magnificent, all rooms are facing the ocean and provides good and romantic views. The hotel staff are dearly accommodating and the foods are good and we enjoyed our stay, BUT let me give my piece. 1. We are a group of 12, we waited for 30 minutes at the airport for the hotel transport but when he arrived we were surprised “it was a pick up utility vehicle that can only accommodate our luggages and 4 people” and the driver advised us to wait for his returned for another 30 minutes, In short we rented a van for our transport. 2. The room has no comforter blankets they used linens as blankets. 3. We have been in some part of the world but it is our first time to see a fixed concrete block at the middle of the shower room, we realy don’t know what is it for. It is a safety risk.

This hotel is in the western side of Panglao, the very quiet side of the island. It has good amenities and food is great. I like the pool and the terrace in each room. Very good view of the sea. The staff are great, too! The receptionist (the guy with braces) was nice and cute as well haha like a human doll. When you go out of the hotel, no other establishment is present, thus, you will have this provincial feel.
