入住這裏圖個清凈，酒店平時很清凈，價格也實惠。推薦入住。但是我可能運氣不好來的幾天每次大早上隔壁山頭有部隊在那打槍**，聲音就跟在耳邊一樣。自己家人親戚也是當兵出身，非常尊重當兵的前輩。但是那聲音大的我真的受不了，心臟不好的謹慎入住。開一炮玻璃都在震動。

作為攜程老用户，第一次差評送給你們！
當天入住第一間房，進門看到沙發上各種臟污➕不明血跡，馬上跑到前台要求換房，前台説沙發臟是因為暑假太忙了，沒時間清洗！結果換到六樓，一看房間隔壁還是在裝修的狀態！這期間也沒有工作人員作任何解釋（比如隔壁在裝修，裝修時間幾點到幾點）！
再説隔音，根本沒有任何隔音，走廊説話都聽到！晚上凌晨一點，還有小孩子在走廊打鬧跑來跑去，隔壁房間各種拖動傢俱、行李的聲音，總之，隔壁上下左右不安靜下來，你根本無法入睡！
早上8點多，隔壁房就開始裝修各種噪音，是想趕人走快點退房就明説！我們忍無可忍九點就退房走人！早餐都不想吃！期間找攜程投訴，酒店全程也沒有一句道歉！這樣的商家真是頭一次見！
各位到羅浮山定酒店的一定要謹慎！！！😡😡

衞生環境很好，特別是衞生，我用濕巾擦了下台，一點灰塵都沒有，還是很乾凈。就是早餐還有待提升，總的來説，入住感覺優秀。

説走就走的荔枝行，去好朋友家博羅的荔枝園采荔枝，從機場過來的路上就開始搜尋找酒店，看到羅浮山這家酒店環境還不錯，就訂了，價格也挺實惠的，整體很乾凈，前台服務員小盧很熱情服務很好哦，是一座掩映在綠色之中的酒店，呼吸着新鮮着空氣，看着窗外滿眼的翠綠，真的是心曠神怡。説説房間吧，大床房挺不錯的，床品乾淨舒服，整體空間也很大，冷氣很足，明天荔枝季繼續住這家😄

老闆、老闆娘、前台小妹妹們都很熱情，堪稱海底撈的服務…房間整潔寬敞，去羅浮山黃龍古觀不錯的選擇，性價比超高高，前台小邱服務很棒，還有個小妹妹騎電動車送我們去山莊吃飯筆❤️。總之很推薦啦…附贈一張站在酒店陽台拍的照片很出片。

再好的文案，都不如你去住一晚，用心的服務，乾淨整潔的衞生，很少評論的我今天不得不抽出時間來贊下，酒店的服務真的沒得説，一家人出行真的太合適了。價格實惠，整體都很好，而且前台很貼心，房間幫我安排同一層樓，方便我們一家老小。前台還有小冰箱，買的水果啥的都可以放過去。這真是太方便我們了。前台工作人員也很温柔，很細心，房間沒有味道，都有窗户，很舒服的一次入住！房間設施很新，每個房間都有大大的窗户，格局很好，通透明亮，服務到位！總之無論從服務，安全性，下次再來。

酒店乾淨衞生，前台接待客人很熱情，還給我們推薦了附近的遊玩攻略，在房間陽台就可以看到羅浮山，空氣很好，早餐很豐富，很美味，酒店服務員人很好，需要什麼跟服務員説都會盡力滿足要求，酒店旁邊還可以燒烤，煮茶，下次還來這家😊

新飯店的房間狀態，就是乾淨衞生舒適，硬件設施也是相當新；比較糟糕的，是服務真的不算到位！到酒店準備登記入房時，居然是一個小妹妹拿着手機在櫃枱，然後前台半個服務人員都沒有，後來我們自己大叫：有沒有人在？才有兩位成人，匆匆忙忙從辦公空間走出來，一進門的體驗，就覺得不到位。
拿到房卡上樓之後，居然房卡無效！原來這邊的房間是各自擁有所有權人，酒店衹是代為管理，因此有些房間需要房卡，有些則是需要使用密碼，這我也是醉了～
到了晚上要睡覺，感應式的燈、居然不會自動熄滅！打電話請服務人員來，最後是直接把電線給剪了才讓燈熄滅，當時已搞到凌晨兩點。
特別不建議購買早餐，你們看看圖片上的菜色就知道為何不推薦了…真的太差勁的早餐了！
總之，服務人員誠意滿滿，衹是酒店還有很多需要改進的，希望他們加油囉！
