I have booked a room as guests 2 and kids 2 and also mentioned the age of kids also at the time of booking, and payed the full amount in makemy trip but the hotel charged 3000rs extra for kids

Overall interaction starting from reception to the cafeteria is excellent. Clean and hygienic place. Staff is quite helpful and family friendly.

The rooms are nice i. E. At par with 5-star properties and that's where all the good things end. The hotel advertised a lounge and a rooftop restaurant but both were missing. A big chunk of the staff don't understand and speak english or hindi, hence communication was a problem. The complimentary breakfast was really bad both options and taste-wise. The room service food tasted okayish but the portions were too low. The restaurant's operation hours was too short, they asked us to place dinner order by 9:20 pm. They had good wifi but we had to call reception every day to ask for some codes to log in to the internet.

Hotel is clean and we'll maintained. Food is good. Very close to aurobeach so good view. Also close to auroville township. They were not able to accommodate early check in due to being fully booked, so had to wait for a long time to get into the rooms. But overall good stay at misty oceans.

We are a family of 4, we stayed for 3 days at misty ocean last week the hotel location is excellent, on ecr road, very close to auroville and a stone's throw from auro beach we were happy with the room size, cleanliness and the specially the staff. Mr vijay the manager was helpful and accommodating to our special requests. The hotel is new and very clean. Complimentary breakfast is also good.

Poor service, if ordered a tea from room - it would take 2 hrs to reach room with a wrong menu. Complementary breakfast was also terrible. By 9. 30 in buffet they said nothing only dosa was available. No parking facilities and have to park the car roadside.
