There was a mixup about my reservation. Instead of resolving the problem, I was told to wait until after 3pm when I could book a new reservation. In the meantime, I was forced out of my room from the previous night.
I was not alone, I met another guest with the SAME PROBLEM at the front desk. He was told to wait by the pool! We had to negotiate for our own rooms back. FORGOT TO MENTION, PLENTY OF ROOMS AVAILABLE........HOTEL WAS NOT BOOKED FULL!!!

There was not a human being at the front desk. There was a kiosk connected to a center in India. Although it was friendly and efficient, it was disconcerting that there was no staff on property

The check electronically was interesting but went well! Room seened clean - our window covering kept jamming up but no big deal. Internet and tv was good!

There is nobody at the counter, it is a virtual clerk from abroad; it works but it is so impersonal. Since nobody is there, it also does not feel safe, anybody can walk in and go unnoticed. No water provided, no safe. Internet slow enough where no streaming service could be used at all.

1) No front desk clerk available at any time-must use a video kiosk to check in/out
2)no security (front door open 24/7) anyone can come/go and roam the halls without even being a guest
3) only one chair was in our double room and that was just a desk chair
4) way overpriced for the accommodations

The hotel check in process was like nice other I've ever experienced. A machine checks you in, and you talk to a person on a screen in live time. They're real though I doubt they're on site. It was fine, albeit a little slow. My biggest issue was the fact that they tried to hold double the amount of my stay, and ran my card the morning before I even got there.
Room was clean, bed was alright, elevator was not alright.
