I have stayed here many times with co-workers on many occasions over the past 2 years and always reserve 2 king rooms (which typically we are on the upper floors), however, this time I was given a room on the first floor directly off the lobby area. I mentioned that I DO NOT like ground floors for the reason of headlights into the room and especially with noise. The first host did not seem to be very accommodating with me, so I went to check out my room (112) and immediately went back to the counter to ask to be moved even if it was to a double queen room. My co-worker stated that his room didnt have any water pressure (room 211) and it was very noisy in the room and didnt get much sleep due to that. For those reasons we WILL NOT be staying at this hotel going forward.
