Stayed 2 nights. In an industrial estate a fair walk to trams. Room fine with basic kitchen.

We had been notified of our late arrival and we were to receive an email telling us the hotel entry code as well as our room number. We never received the email... After long minutes of waiting, a member of hotel security was kind enough to let us in and help us. I hope this will make the management of this hotel react

Hello, I am writing to you following the problems we encountered during our stay at All Suite Hôtel Bordeaux Lac. I am sending you the photos of room number 405B which is in a very dirty state, the cleaning was not done as you can see in the following photos. After being dislodged to be transferred to another room we find ourselves on the landing in front of the room because we were given a bad card which was deactivated. TO FLEE PROOF IN PHOTS

For the price we paid, the location and the facilities were fine, the problem was the cleaning and the service, since the sheets were dirty and even with hair, and when we went to the reception at night to get clean blankets there weren't any no one then we called and no one answered And in the shower there were also hairs.

Difficult to find despite instructions from employees. Uncomfortable bedding, small unidentified animals wandering around in all the rooms....

Nickel, very warm and pleasant welcome. We recommend!

Hotel to flee!!! Unless you want to sleep with cockroaches and on faded bedding. Cleanliness clearly leaves something to be desired. Let's not talk about the toilets... When we get into the elevator we are already very afraid of the state of the room. Breakfast with very little choice. No air conditioning and with 40 c it is very complicated. The next night we went to another less expensive aparthotel of a much higher quality (Apart hotel sea and golf Bordeaux lake)

For €90 a night there is no equipment, not a single vending machine for eating or drinking, no restaurant, not even a sponge for washing up. In terms of cleanliness, I found dust and white hair, certainly from a dog. We asked for a bath we couldn't take a bath because the stopper didn't work. We took a late departure for 2 p.m. we were disturbed by 2 cleaning ladies before 2 p.m. The whole part of the building near the elevator smells very bad.
