Clean. There are also parking spaces in front of the door but I don't see much.

The wall of this hotel were paper thin! We could hear every word of conversations coming from neighbors - and not because they were loud. 2 out of 3 mornings I was awaken before 6 o'clock in the morning by noises coming from neighbors. This is not a serious hotel - it's not properly soundproofed. Have never experienced that in hotels before. If you stay here, prepare to share your conversations with strangers next door and bring ear buds.

really nice hotel and good food the hotel is 5 minutes walk to the nearest shopping center and transport the hotel is very new modern and they are pet friendly so if you are looking for a hotel in kiel then this hotel is the right one!!!

Very nice place beautiful Lounge, very positive und friendly personal.In my experience, I have noticed a significant focus on cleanliness, friendliness, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. These aspects seem to be highly valued and prioritized in various settings. It was a great pleasure to be a guest there.

The hotel was Nice and Clean. Very loud Rooms, we could hear the neighbors TV. We came down for breakfast around 25 min. before closing time. No more jelly, juice, pancakes ect. Parking was about 50€ for 2 days.

The heating didn’t work. The spa is not well equipped. Poor provision of water from a tap, and nothing else. The staff is rude. The food was really terrible, I had an over cooked carbonara with soggy pasta and a reheated sauce.

Too many fees and nobody did ever mention them on the phone when calling the hotel (fees for parking, early checkin, etc). Unfortunately, we were disappointed and we will not choose it again when travelling to Kiel.
