vintage and cozy place to stay!

Although the hotel room is not big, it is very comfortable. It is only a few steps away from the subway station. Highly recommended.

The hotel has an old-money style and a sense of history. The lobby bar is lively but not noisy. The rooms are large, clean, and conveniently located in the city center. Shopping is convenient. Recommend 👍

I've stayed here twice. The location is great. Shopping and dining around are convenient. The library is also very close. The room size is also large. Bottled water is provided every day. It is highly recommended to choose this hotel when going to Boston

good service attitude

The staff was incredible, the hotel was historic and had fun details. The room itself was comfortable and nice - I will say it could have been slightly cleaner (crumbs on the desk, sink not totally clean) but overall fine. There are small parts/pieces that have wear & tear (outlets in particular). Loved the bar & restaurant, location, and of course the very friendly staff!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peter Medeiros saw that we had everything we needed. First class in a small hotel environment.

The staff is great. It is an older property but well maintained. It was quite loud in the middle of the night.

kenzo was amazing checking us in , very helpful and informative . the room was great , very comfortable and spacious.

I booked a room for my family member. He is so glad that the room is lovely, comfortable and quiet (except for the intermittent sound from the air-conditioning system for which he needs to wear earplugs for sleep as he is a light sleeper). It is very conveniently located, within walkable distance to Back Bay Station and to the Logan Express stop. The staff are very nice. Food in the restaurants is good. He enjoyed the stay there.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The gentleman at the front door and the front desk staff members were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Room service was ready really fast and the burger was great. I didn't sit down and eat at any of the in house restaurants but they were all packed. Check in and check out were seamless, and the location was great.

Customer service was excellent!! This is what we missing everywhere nowadays, but this property looks like his hired the best and trained them very well.
