Had a really enjoyable stay at the Eden Arc apartments in a one bedroom apartment. I travel to Les Arcs quite frequently and have stayed in the Hotel Du Golf in 1800, Le Village Apartments in 1950 and also in 2000. I will definitely return to Eden Arc again next year. The location of the apartments is excellent - I was slightly worried about being ‘above’ the main village having always stayed down there, but it’s a sub-30 second ski to the two main chairlifts (Vagere and Carrely) both of which afford quick and easy access to 1950/2000 or towards Peisey and La Plagne. The Dahu pedestrian lift also makes trips down to the main supermarkets nice and easy although there is a small supermarket at EdenArc which was good for baguettes etc. I hired skis from Intersport which was a 2 min walk away although there’s a Precision Ski on site and a Skiset next to the Intersport. The apartment itself was great - a nice sunny terrace with table and chairs, a well equipped kitchen and a good sized bedroom and bathroom. I havent awarded 5 stars purely because some of the furnishings were a little tired, but the place was spotless and great storage compared to Le Village Apartments in 1950. I arrived at around 12pm and wasnt able to check in until around 3.30pm which was a bit of a pain as I’d been up at 2.45am but I was made aware of that before I arrived so just bear in mind if you have an early flight. Pool and hot tub were nice although as other reviewers have noted, maybe a little on the cool side. If anyone is reading wondering whether to book a mid April trip to Les Arcs (Easter is late next year) I would say go for it. The conditions were a bit variable - 20 degrees plus the first day with typical spring snow (perfectly skiable) and the runs back in to 1800 were suffering and green in places but the groomers had done a fantastic job of keeping the main routes open and snow-covered. We then had rain and very cold temps for April which meant one day of rock hard pistes, but then loads of snow at the end of the week, so conditions as good as they’d be in January. So, as long as you’re happy to take the conditions as you find them I’d say go for it - the pistes were empty, the bars were empty, the lifts were empty…a complete dream compared to visiting in Jan or March.

Situated just above the main Arc 1800 resort, a true ski in ski out accommodation. Reception - Very friendly and fluent in English. We arrived about 1pm but check in was 5pm(although we did get in slightly earlier!) This was fine as gave us time to have some lunch, do a food shop and get our boots/ski’s fitted. There is a SkiSet hire shop on the complex. TIP : booking direct with them is a lot cheaper than booking through Crystal!! Arriving early meant leaving our luggage in their unlocked conference room, which wasn’t an issue for us but may unsettle some. A dedicated locked room would be more advisable. As some have mentioned they take a €500 deposit on arrival which is very high and the expectation is that you to leave the kitchen clean and tidy and the used towels and linen in the bath upon departure, so if this done is isn’t an issue. Room - 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in ‘Les Monaques’ wing. Modern decor and clean on arrival. Relatively spacious for a family of 5, never felt on top of each other. plenty of storage. Well appointed kitchen with all cooking/eating equipment incl. Kettle/Coffee Maker/Toaster although no proper oven but instead a combi oven/microwave which was adequate enough for the meals we prepared. Plenty of towels, linen and complimentary shower gel/shampoo plus a kitchen starter kit with dishwasher tabs, tea towel, small sachet of washing up liquid and sponge. We took a lot of this stuff with us as cheaper than buying full size in resort(most of which probably wouldn’t have been used)…..although you will prob need to buy extra loo roll ! All rooms have thermostat heaters which served us well for damp gloves & salopettes. Pool - Amazing! Lovely after a day on the slopes. Heated to a nice warm temperature and even has an outside area which you can swim into which is fab if it’s snowing. We used towels from the room but believe you can hire(or take your own) Jacuzzi, wet and dry steam rooms free of charge. Take a euro coin for the lockers!! Boot Room - On ground floor. Large lockers and all heated, so much so we couldn’t wait to get out as it got stifling after fighting to get our boots on 🤣 Then out 3 doors and youre literally on the piste, from which you can ski 10 seconds to chairlift or take the Dahu cable car directly outside the hotel down into the main Arc 1800 resort where ski school starts. The Dahu closes at 11pm….dont miss it as we did to our cost, it’s a long trudge up the hill back to EdenArc. Food - Did a mixture of eating out in Arc 1800 or self catering, however there is a restaurant on the complex(Voga Goga) where we ordered takeaway pizzas on our last night which were very tasty and cost a reasonable €15 each. Can’t recommend this resort highly enough and would definitely return.

Room was tired, kick board missing in kitchen, cupboard doors upside down!? And plastic on kitchen cupboard coming away. Check in was slow and not sure how well the rooms were checked by staff as they allowed us in with a clearly damaged (wires showing) light fighting in the kids room. That said - they quickly fixed this, the rooms were clean, thank you to whoever was in the apartment before us as you have to clean them before you leave! Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for the slopes. The restaurant could have done with more staff as service was frustratingly slow and they didn’t open the kitchen in the afternoon so no options for people with dietary issues - not even chips or crisps. The Spar was great and the staff helpful. All in all a good holiday - not cheap though and could have been fabulous if you’d just got some of the finishing touches right. Highly recommend the Ski school Arc Adventures2 - Bruno was our instructor and he was absolutely brilliant taking me from a non skier to some red runs in a week!

Very nice and comfortable apartment with ski-in-out and close to Arc 1800 ski resort via dedicated ski gondola. Views from balcony was incredible sun and snow days! Ski room was well equipped, crowdy in the mornings. Already planning for 2025.

We have been here on holiday for a week. Location is good and beautiful and very convenient for skiing. The apartment was just not clean. Stains on doors and floor, and hair on the bed and pillows. Walls also with stains and not tracked. Kitchen not clean and old materials. Really a shame of such a beautiful place.

Clean, Tidy, good location. Everything you need as a family. Lifts easily accessible although these can be busy as expected during school holidays. Apart from the Follie Douche we found very little apres parties happening, maybe we were too early, 11:30pm. Generally good location with flexibility and easy access to other ski areas. Will go again. Would say this is more for beginners/intermediate skiers.

Great location. Nice building, great parking. One major drawback was not enough cupboard space in the apartment or even coat hooks. This resulted in us having to leave some clothes in bags. Overall though it was a nice place to be based in Les Arcs.

People at the receptions have no customer service whatsoever - they don’t care about people and speak badly to customers. It s the 4th time we came here - prior this year it was ok. For sure we won’t go back there. We really wished we had changed hotel / residence this year ….

This hotel is great. It's at the top of the Dahu pedestrian lift (which closes at 11pm). This means it's a little quieter than the rest of the town. The pool/spa is great (although the jacuzzi could be a little warmer) and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. It's almost ski in ski out (although if the snow melts in front of reception you'll have to walk that!
