"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the LRT station, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby, making it convenient for late-night snacks. The hotel rooms are also spacious and well-equipped with all sorts of facilities. Highly recommended."

"Facilities: As other guests have mentioned, the bed and pillows are too soft, which isn't great for your neck. The bedside lamp can't be turned off from the bed; you have to go to the room's entrance. The light switch for the bathroom is hidden behind the wardrobe, which is pushed against the wall. I almost couldn't find it, and if my hand were a bit fatter, I wouldn't have been able to reach it. There's nowhere to put your clothes when showering. The curtains are blackout, but they don't extend all the way to the wall, so light always seeps into the room. The showerhead can't be fixed at a certain height and keeps sliding down. I reported this to the front desk on my second night, but it wasn't resolved by the time I checked out. Cleanliness: I stayed for 4 nights, and there were cockroaches on my first night, and every night thereafter 😭. There were also geckos. Service: The front desk staff were all very helpful."
