"Shame on you! Beware of this property, because they exploit situations and defraud guests. I understand that being in a relatively remote location with limited accommodations might tempt some people to take advantage. This was precisely the case for us. We booked this property and drove a long way from Kerns to their location, only to be stopped by a minor disaster on the road. The roads were completely flooded and the ferry was no longer available. We immediately notified the property of this problem, and they promised over the phone that they would refund us if we were unable to stay another day. As the local authorities informed us when we booked, this problem already existed, so the property not only failed to close bookings on the platforms, but also failed to inform those who had unknowingly booked in advance, knowing that no guests would ever be able to reach the hotel because the roads no longer physically exist. For over 24 hours, we've been fighting for a refund, which they systematically deny, even though we were already unable to use this reservation and they knew it. Honest people, even if they don't cancel reservations out of carelessness, at least give you your money back. Instead, they cowardly hid behind the non-refundable reservation policy. This reservation shouldn't have even been made, since the property was already inaccessible. Shame again."
