XXinghuachantaishouI accidentally brushed this hotel, and I couldn’t help but let us rush to this sea-boat hotel from Wuxi overnight. I looked forward to it all the way. It was 11:20 when I arrived at the hotel. The reception in the underground garage (a bit handsome) was waiting for us. Help us carry our luggage and check in from the first floor to the first floor. Entering the elevator, the perfume smell has told us that this trip is absolutely live up to it. The chandeliers, pianos and decoration in the hall seem to be particularly high-end. At this moment, the mood is happy*99. After the procedures are completed, we go to the second floor, all the way to the aisle, all the way to art, the mirror in the corridor, The glass can see the sailing story ～ into the room. It is indeed the sailing ship warehouse like the name of the hotel. The room is very fragrant and a little orange smell. Whatever we were missing, we asked the landlady to help us, and she would meet our requirements one by one. Ask him anything at nine o'clock in the evening and he will reply promptly. It's unbelievably good; as someone who pays attention to every detail and demands quality, this place exceeded my expectations. All the details are perfectly handled, and the hotel feels new and luxurious. You won't get bored here – there's a huge farm with animals, fresh vegetables, and fruits, plus an on-site cafe and billiards. It's the perfect place to comfortably unwind for a day or two. With only 20-30 rooms, it never gets too crowded, making it ideal for families who appreciate attention to detail and prefer not to be around too many people.

Here are the specific highlights:

(a) The scenic area features the ancient tomb of King Yue, complemented by an accompanying museum nearby.
(b) The natural landscape is stunning, boasting expansive tea plantations and a picturesque lake.
2. **Diverse Free Activities:**
(a) They offer horse riding vouchers, paddleboarding, and even a forest KTV.
(b) In the evenings, you can enjoy setting off sparklers.
(c) Unique experiences like pinecone gathering and forest sound healing are also available.
3. **Accommodation and Environment:**
(a) **Pet-Friendly:** It's a very pet-friendly place; I saw many guests with their dogs.
(b) **Room Facilities:** I stayed in a lake-view room. While the tent space wasn't particularly large, it was well-equipped despite its compact size. I especially loved the terrace overlooking the small lake, which offered a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere.
4. **Exceptional Service:**
The service attitude was genuinely excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient. We brought our own barbecue ingredients, and borrowed many tools from the hotel; the staff helped us deliver them repeatedly. Even when we missed breakfast, they still provided freshly ground coffee when we asked at the front desk.
I truly recommend this place to everyone!
Overall, this is an outstanding resort that excels in all aspects.

Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

TtravellersnoopyBefore the summer rush, we decided to take a spontaneous short trip, and Banyan Tree Anji had been on our 'must-visit' list for a while. It's about a 3-hour drive from Shanghai. Upon arrival, staff directed us to the underground parking garage, and we went straight to the lobby for check-in where our butler was already waiting. We were lucky to have Luna as our dedicated butler. Seeing that we had a boy, Luna thoughtfully suggested some activities suitable for his age, which was a very nice touch. The room included turndown service with incense and a small gift. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the selection changed slightly over the two days. We barely left the hotel grounds, enjoying the pool, kids' club, and the Banyan Tree Pet Garden. In the afternoon, the hotel also provided afternoon tea, and the two on-site restaurants perfectly suited my family's tastes. For a short getaway, Banyan Tree Anji is the perfect choice.

AAnonymous UserThe housekeeper, Xiao Zhang, was very enthusiastic and answered all questions. There were many amusement projects and we had a lot of fun. The traffic on May Day was not too high, so we didn't have to wait in line for a long time with our kids. The park was very close, and there were not a lot of food nearby. The hotel facilities were very complete, but the exterior paint was a bit old, and it would be more beautiful if it was newer. The hotel shuttle service was not uniform. Some drivers were very good and saw that we had a lot of luggage and helped drive to the door of the house where we lived to drop us off. When we came back tired at night, we took the bus and asked the driver to help send us to the door of the house. He was not willing to force us to go through the main entrance. I think this is unreasonable. After all, the service is not good enough for 2.6k a night, and there are not so many people that we can't handle it.

GGuest UserAnji has a dense network of hotels and guesthouses, making the choice incredibly difficult before our trip. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation!
The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something.
The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing!
A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time.
4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
