"The environment is excellent, as expected from a Banyan Tree property. We booked two different room types. There are many activities every day, such as Baduanjin (Eight-Section Brocade) and meditation, which are really enriching. Kids can feed small animals, play at the bubble party, and do crafts. The pool is also great. The breakfast every morning is exceptionally delicious and very plentiful. The kids' room is quite unique, too. They light aromatherapy every evening, and the turndown service gifts are a hit with the little ones. You can also ride ponies. Downstairs is Whale Valley, which is perfect for kids to play at. My children had a fantastic time! Our butler, Ida, provided thoughtful and responsive service. We definitely plan to bring the kids back again in the future."

I especially want to mention the breakfast – it had a rich variety of dishes and tasted good. The dry-tossed noodles (gan tiao mian) deserve a special shout-out, they were delicious. I do have a small suggestion: the toppings could be improved, maybe add more meat options. That would make it perfect for us meat lovers!"

"The room was quite spacious, and both the afternoon tea and the sweet soup served in the evening were delightful. I had a last-minute trip for two days to recuperate because I wasn't feeling well. I hadn't done any research beforehand, so it was a bit of a 'mystery box' situation, and I was absolutely delighted by the experience. If I get the chance, I'll definitely return next summer. Regarding dinner, you just need to make a reservation via WeChat before 3 PM daily. On a side note, the portion sizes are genuinely quite large. On our first day, we ordered four dishes and one soup for three people, and we couldn't even finish half of it. I hope the restaurant could consider offering smaller portion options. This would be much more accommodating for families like ours who have average appetites but enjoy trying a greater variety of dishes."

"This is our third time staying at Hantian with my husband and daughter. This time, we chose a lake-view room in Wangshan Tower, and it's by far my favorite room type I've stayed in at Hantian. It comes with a huge private overwater platform. We also enjoyed the hot spring, visited the Tea Museum, and went up to the mountain top. We stayed for three days and two nights and were so reluctant to leave. The service at Hantian truly speaks for itself; after all, this is the first hotel that has made me bring my daughter back for three consecutive years. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is also a must-try; my daughter even had two bowls of the crispy rice in soup."

The private hot spring bath was a huge plus – I lit some aromatherapy, watched a show, and enjoyed snacks and drinks while soaking, completely isolated from outside noise. The large windows offered direct views of the lush mountains, providing excellent natural light, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The most hassle-free part of the vacation was the all-inclusive meal plan: In the morning, there was a beautifully presented breakfast with both Chinese and Western options, including fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, and a variety of local noodle dishes. For lunch and dinner, I enjoyed exquisite Western meals with elegant plating, featuring fresh sashimi, grilled steaks, and seafood dishes made with quality ingredients. Afternoon tea and evening sweet soups were continuously available, and the in-room mini-bar offered complimentary drinks and snacks. I didn't need to step out to find restaurants; I could enjoy all sorts of delicious food without leaving the room. "1. The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, like a hidden paradise. I even saw black swans and mallard ducks! 🦆 If it weren't for the scorching heat, it would be worth exploring thoroughly. 2. Our butler, Leo, was incredibly thoughtful. He added me on WeChat as soon as we booked, and informed me of all the check-in details in advance. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Leo had upgraded our standard room to a loft free of charge. The kids were thrilled, and one of them slept soundly upstairs! Throughout our stay, Leo was always responsive to our questions and recommended an excellent rafting spot. 3. A friendly reminder: The resort is in a somewhat remote location. If you plan to go out, I recommend calling a car at least 10 minutes in advance. Gaode App (Amap) seems to have a much higher success rate for booking rides than Didi. 4. I highly recommend the Shenxi Gorge Rafting. The water is crystal clear, and there are about 10 thrilling yet safe rapids. The flow is well-designed, with one end for boarding and the other for disembarking."

The reception in the underground garage (a bit handsome) was waiting for us. Help us carry our luggage and check in from the first floor to the first floor. The room is clean and tidy. The landlady is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. Whatever we were missing, we asked the landlady to help us, and she would meet our requirements one by one. Ask him anything at nine o'clock in the evening and he will reply promptly. Later, when I left, I forgot my hat to help us deliver the goods. Later, when I was cleaning up the room, I discovered that there was a plug for the charger, and I took the trouble to ask us again. (b) The natural landscape is stunning, boasting expansive tea plantations and a picturesque lake. 2. **Diverse Free Activities:** (a) They offer horse riding vouchers, paddleboarding, and even a forest KTV. (b) In the evenings, you can enjoy setting off sparklers. (c) Unique experiences like pinecone gathering and forest sound healing are also available. 3. **Accommodation and Environment:** (a) **Pet-Friendly:** It's a very pet-friendly place; I saw many guests with their dogs. (b) **Room Facilities:** I stayed in a lake-view room. While the tent space wasn't particularly large, it was well-equipped despite its compact size. I especially loved the terrace overlooking the small lake, which offered a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. 4. **Exceptional Service:** The service attitude was genuinely excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient. I stumbled upon a gem near Anji's Yunshang Grassland! This Anyujian·Cloud Walk B&B is simply the pinnacle of B&Bs! The location is incredible. Just opening the window opens to a cascading mountain view, and the morning mist drifting through the bamboo forest feels like stepping into a fairyland. The room's design is simple yet sophisticated, and the fully equipped smart home system is incredibly convenient. The bedding is incredibly clean and soft, and you fall asleep instantly. The owner, the lady boss, was incredibly attentive and considerate, accommodating all my little requests during my stay. Her constant smile warmed my heart. Every morning, she prepared a delicious breakfast with delicious snacks, and no two dishes were the same. The porridge and eggs were always hot, and after a satisfying meal, we were ready to go out and play. The Yunshang Grassland Scenic Area is only a three- to five-minute drive away, and after a tiring day, a shower instantly recharges my batteries. I absolutely have to stay here again when I'm in Anji!

It's rare for me to write a review, but good hotels deserve to be discovered by more people! A very relaxing and unforgettable experience. This place is perfect for aimless wandering and enjoying the pastoral atmosphere. Eat fresh vegetables at the farm restaurant and watch the lambs. Several scenic spots make you feel like you're in Monet's garden. Listen to music and watch the sunset in the evening. Your heart will instantly find peace. Although its family-friendly facilities aren't as extensive as some big hotels (I suggest improvements! High chairs and children's amenities could be better). The people, service, and environment here feel like a warm home in the countryside. Very cozy. I stayed for four days and didn't want to leave. I'll definitely come back.

The room design was great, and both the elderly and children loved it. They even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The room had a smart smart control system and underfloor heating. Both the indoor and outdoor views were fantastic, especially the hot spring in the bamboo forest. The service was excellent; they responded immediately to every request, even late at night – thank you so much to the young man! Initially, the guesthouse had stopped providing underfloor heating for the first few days of our stay because it was getting warmer, but on the day we arrived, it got a bit cold, and my child liked to walk on the floor without slippers. The owner kindly turned the heating back on – thank you! We had dinner at the guesthouse: chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots, and braised catfish. The auntie cooked it very well; my elders still rave about it afterward, haha. Breakfast was rather home-style, but the auntie's soft-boiled eggs were delicious, and the young man's hand-drip coffee was also very good. One small suggestion: could the guesthouse consider allowing guests to choose between regular towels and disposable towels in the future? My child only made this suggestion about the towels, haha. Also, it would be even better if there was an absorbent mat in the bathroom. Overall, it's good, pet-friendly, and I recommend it.

The room is very clean, comfortable and hygienic. Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. My daughter said she liked rafting, and Xiao Yin also gave her a rafting ticket~ In short, the service was very attentive. Next to the hotel is the Jialebi Amusement Park. When checking in, you need to scan your face. When entering and exiting the amusement park, you need to scan your face. There is a special passage for hotel guests. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. It was really considerate. I brought my parents and daughter to stay. The old one was not feeling well, and the young one had to be dragged to the hospital together. It was really much better to have someone to help. There was no thunder in the park. The three performances after 19 o'clock in the evening must be seen. The iron flower is really shocking. I have seen many iron flowers, but this one is really unique~ I give a super five-star praise to the handsome and careful Xiao Yin!

Anji has a dense network of hotels and guesthouses, making the choice incredibly difficult before our trip. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation! The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something. The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing! A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time. 4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options. Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
