GGuest UserThis hotel is very comfortable and the sanitation is very clean. The front desk staff was very good and very warm. The housekeeper Xiao Shantou also sent free coffee, juice, latte, thank you very much. Then we also sent a small gift when we checked out. The overall experience was very good, the price was very good, the experience was very pleasant, the hotel can also see the Huanren music fountain next to the hotel, it is very beautiful at night, the location is convenient, and it is very close to where to go. I will choose this next time.

LLovekeleloveThe room view is absolutely stunning! It has a terrace where I enjoyed coffee and simply relaxed, surrounded by mountains and breathing in fresh air â it was incredibly peaceful. Spending two days unwinding in this idyllic place was truly relaxing and worth every penny. The breakfast area isn't large but offers a wide variety of choices. We also ordered the 'stove-boiled tea' in our room, which created a wonderful ambiance. Manager Li Ting at the front desk provided excellent service; she was very thoughtful and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. I'll definitely be back!

DDatouli_The room was very clean, the shower in the bathroom was particularly good, and the sister at the front desk had a very good service attitude and was very enthusiastic. Next to the train station, very close. You can take a passenger car around and the traffic is very convenient.

SSam and LeeFantastic find after our usual hotel was under renovation. Location was just outside the railway station so highly convenient especially if you are carrying multiple luggages. There is washing machine and a dryer available which we were able to use without any issues and the room was nice and warm with hot water.
The only issue I had was getting to the dining area where you need to use the stairs to access a hidden part of the building. Breakfast was decent!

GGuest UserI am very glad that I chose Fengxiang Valley Hot Spring Hotel. The hotel has a good environment, clean and sanitary conditions and complete facilities. I have to say something special about the service. The front desk staff was very nice. After we checked in, one of them actually helped us take our things to the room. She then told me her last name was Meng and that she was my service butler. I could send her a WeChat message if I had any requests. I was really warmed at that moment. We chose a room with a private pool. There are many hot springs in the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. However, due to the cold weather, we did not go to the outdoor pool. The child loved playing in the indoor children's water play area. There was also a large swimming pool next to it. She also learned how to swim from her father. The breakfast was also very rich. The coffee made by the coffee machine is good âď¸ We ordered home-cooked dishes at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The children liked the roasted eggplant and Chinese cabbage meatballs very much. I feel very comfortable when I get up in the morning, open the balcony door and breathe in the fresh air. In short: this is a hotel that values ââprivacy and quality, and we hope to keep this up. Will visit often in the future.

GGuest UserThe overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

Location within 15 mins walk to core business area.
Facilities fair & it took some times to have hot showering water on our 1 st night.
Breafast is traditional northern China food & drink
At mid night some short period engine started for 10 sec which might interuptive to sleep.
Overall speaking, it was an option for people who want silent spacious hotel

You have to cool it down before soaking! The skin is slippery. The parking lot is very convenient. Tell the lady the license plate and she will record it for free! There are also charging piles! There are many specialty products sold in the market, and I bought some mushrooms! The experience is great! I will come again!

There is a private bath in the house, the water is drained quickly, and the pool is very large.
The service is good, with a WeChat private butler.
Some suggestions: There are no tea bags, coffee and soft drinks in the water bar. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is served slowly when there are many people. The quilt core always falls out.
