"There was trash in the bathroom bin. We were short one bath towel. No hot water, and there were smelly stink bugs flying around (caught over twenty of them). The plastic wrapping on the mattress hadn't been removed, so it was stuffy and made creaking noises every time we moved, making it impossible to sleep. Absolutely terrible. Horrible, horrible, horrible!"
