Great
AAnonymous UserLovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

GGuest UserRoom by reception, very very noisy.
No soap and shower gel in the bathroom.
No hair dryer. Hotel wasn’t busy and there was plenty of rooms of the same one we booked but, they chose to stick us there. That room should oy be used when hotel is at capacity. Think the receptionist was only interested in upgrading us for an extra fee. She sort of blackmailed us, she said this is your room if you don’t upgrade, like wth

RRealerTheGreatMy 3rd time here. Always the best budget place to stay! Easy access to motorways, huge amount of parking spots! And not to mention, easy access to the service station next to it with Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC.
Will come again!
TTTTHIf you're traveling by train, this hotel is relatively close, about a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center, both easily accessible. The hotel breakfast is good, offering a basic English breakfast, though the coffee isn't great. The rooms are a bit larger compared to other English hotels. During my stay this time, the bathtub drain was blocked, but the staff went out of their way to help me resolve the issue, and they succeeded. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a sauna, but children are not allowed in the sauna. If children want to use the pool, they must go before 6 PM. This is a good hotel, and I would visit again.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily rate it 4.5 out of 5. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any requests.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax.
The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and transport links. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, although there is still a bit of room for improvement in terms of selection.
The only minor downside was that some facilities felt slightly dated, but this didn’t significantly impact my overall experience.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a perfect 5-star experience.

GGuest UserRight by the station, lovely service at reception, comfortable rooms, good continental breakfast, family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There for the marathon, helpful to leave luggage all day. Thankyou.

HHeart LionThe Met Hotel offers the most convenient location in Leeds, just a 4-minute walk from the train station. Additionally, the warm hospitality I received made my stay truly unforgettable. The hotel’s interior is beautifully decorated in Victorian style, adding to its charm.

GGuest UserIt was a lovely hotel very clean rooms, comfy bed.
However remember to book your breakfast the night before otherwise it cost £17 per person instead of £14 ( was a bit of a kick in the teeth) buffet style breakfast so food wasn’t particularly hot and we were waiting around for lots of items to be replenished even though it wasn’t to busy.
Big queue for the coffee machine as one was broken so only one working.
Upon check out don’t forget to enter your car Reg if you had parked in the Docklands car park where you get a discount.
All in all a pleasant stay in a great location
NNeil CookeLovely hotel and excellent value if you can book it at the right time. Very luxurious for the price I paid. A little bit out on a limb for access into Leeds city centre but plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Headingley. The main restaurant at the hotel is quite upmarket but the attached pub The Stables is excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserPoor customer service.
There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .
Room only ok, lots of dust in the bathroom ventilation vent
