Reading Hotels with Breakfast

AMAZING stay! Rooms were spacious and clean with shampoo, shower gel AND conditioner. Air con was strong. Good toilet flush and shower pressure. They also allowed us to have a late check out since the room was not needed the next day. Appreciated the very good size pool. The steam and sauna were also lovely and hot. We didn't eat breakfast but the space looked huge. It's right next door to the Select Car Leasing Stadium (Madejski Stadium) with parking on site.

Location is perfect, close to the railway, bus and tube station; very convenient because close to city centre but without sacrifice the quietness and safety

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 4 to 5-minute walk from Reading train station. However, the hotel is generally quite old, and many facilities are in need of maintenance. The shower temperature was very difficult to control, and the fridge wasn't working properly. The room itself was spacious, and the price was more affordable compared to hotels in London. Breakfast was excellent value for money at just £13, with a wide variety of food options. The staff were friendly and very willing to help.

Stayed here for 7 days before and after, the hotel is a chain hotel, there are many guests, although not particularly large, but many people stay every day. The room size is moderate, there are no special highlights and no obvious shortcomings. The front desk staff is more enthusiastic. Breakfast is a standard English breakfast, which has everything.

The location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel was quite old and tired, clean but a bit grubby. Shower was in the bedroom! advertised as having a gym but it was more a cupboard with some equipment and not all of it was working even. Bit of a walk into the centre of Reading. Affordable but don’t expect more than what you pay for

I had a very nice 2 night stay. The room is a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well, from the shower temperature and pressure, to good wifi. The staff was friendly, available and efficient. Unfortunately I did not have time for breakfast which was included, so cannot talk of that, but it was just a 13 min walk to a shoppmall with a big supermarket. There was a big car park, if you drive, but I came by bus from Reading Railway Station and found it a short walk from the stop on arrival and for returning to Reading the bus stop was just in front of the hotel.

Although the environment is old, well-equipped, it is cheap enough, the front desk brother has a good service attitude, and he opens the door to receive me very late in the morning.

Check in was a bit slow . But stay was decent but they could work on their cleanliness as the bath tube had stains and the toilet flush was not stopping at all was running through the whole night. And bed covers had some stains as well

Really loved everything about this hotel - from my stay to the food and it’s location close to the city centre. Will definitely choose to stay here every time I visit Reading! Staff is really friendly and helpful as well - they knock on the door every morning the room!
