Chatan Hotels with Breakfast

Good location in Chatan next to the restaurants and shopping. Men's changing area was under maintenance during our stay but they provided alternatives for the same. Room maintenance (water pressure, temperature) needed some attention but comfortable overall. Gym is basic. Good variety / options at breakfast but busy over the weekends (need to plan waiting / breakfast time accordingly). Nightwear is provided (this info is not available online). Great location 2 minutes walk from the water. Great indoor and outdoor space for food and drinks. Also had local vendors items for sale inside the restaurant area. Comfy bed and plenty of space to put bags under the bed area. Usual amenities provided, also had towels to rent. Would definitely recommend!

The self check-in had a Chinese interface, but I still found it a bit confusing. After getting the password, the door wouldn't open when I entered it. I later realized I might not have been strong enough. Parking is first-come, first-served! Once you get your room number and password, you'll also receive the range of available parking spots. The room was super spacious, with one room having two queen-sized beds, and the living room having two queen-sized beds plus a tatami area. In total, there were two and a half bathrooms, which was more than enough for our family of six. There's also a washing machine and dryer. The area has convenient amenities nearby, and it's close to American Village. The balcony was also very large!

This hotel is fantastic! The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are brand new. They even thoughtfully provide a variety of local drinks in the fridge and snacks, which was a lovely touch. It's very clean and comfortable, an excellent hotel overall.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the American Village. The surrounding area is very quiet at night, but sometimes someone is practicing fancy locomotives on the small road. It is noisy to close the balcony door and there is no sound. Hotel facilities are normal, but to cook, you have to borrow stoves from the counter. The room has a strange smell and has a small improvement after turning on the air conditioner but still smelly. The wall part has black spots and musty smell. Sometimes there is an unknown small insect crawling on the countertop. Half of the mattress is hard and half is soft. It is difficult to adapt. The isolation of the upper and lower floors of the hotel is very poor. The upper floors are pulled and the lower floors are heard clearly. I hope the hotel can issue a notice to ask passengers who will stay not to wash clothes in the washing machine from 1 am to 3 am. It is really troublesome to sleep normally.
