Great value for the price, plus great views and a very cute/playful dog!

This is a awesome place for family stay. The staff are super friendly and great service. The resort is 30 mins away for the Ella town, so its secluded from busy traffic or noise. GOOD place to just relax and they have a good spa and sports facilities like mini golf, basketball, squash and tennis court. The gym is wll equipment and the chalet room is superb! Finally the best part is the food.. oh its super yummy and great quality. Spl mention to Dhillon how feed us well and amazing service.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado a solo cinco minutos a pie de la zona comercial de la ciudad, lo que es un gran punto a favor. La piscina es muy bonita, aunque el agua estaba un poco fría durante nuestra visita. En general, las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mejora; el ambiente podría ser más cálido y acogedor. Actualmente, los pasillos y el hall carecen de decoración, lo que les da una sensación bastante fría y poco acogedora. La habitación es amplia y cuenta con vistas a la piscina y a los jardines, pero, como mencioné antes, también tiene esa sensación fría que podría mejorarse con algunos toques decorativos. En cuanto al desayuno, hay margen para mejorar. No todos preferimos desayunar solo pan con mantequilla y mermelada; sería ideal ofrecer más opciones al estilo occidental. A pesar de esto, es aceptable. Por otro lado, la ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de la vida nocturna; hay muchos locales agradables donde cenar en las cercanías, lo que añade valor a la experiencia.

This hotel is worth staying for the stunning mountain views alone. Otherwise, the rooms are a bit dirty, especially the bathroom, with lots of dead insects on the curtains. The bathroom lacks even basic amenities (soap dish, glass for toothbrushes, etc.). There were mosquitoes in the room upon check-in. The staff didn't seem particularly concerned.

Location is very good. It is within walking distance from the street with restaurants. There were supermarkets and laundry shops nearby, which was very convenient. There are some slopes, but it is paved and there is no problem even on rainy days without red soil flowing. However, since the alley is partially thin, it is necessary to be careful about entering and exiting by car. The room was clean and the outside temperature was low. The water pressure temperature of the shower was perfect and comfortable. In amenities, I was able to spend no problem with shampoo, body soap and large bath towels. I am very satisfied. The tuk tuk to the nine arch was also responded immediately, and the price did not feel high. It is a good middle class hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Ella Rawana Den Hotel in Ella. The location is excellent — just a short walk to town, making it very convenient for restaurants, cafes and exploring the area. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony view overlooking the lush green hills. It was the perfect place to relax in the morning or evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. However, it’s important for older guests or anyone with mobility issues to know that the hotel is located up a very steep hill. Cars and tuk-tuks cannot access the property directly, so you need to walk up, which can be challenging — especially with heavy luggage. Because of this, it may not be suitable for elderly or disabled travellers. One small improvement would be for the hotel to provide a hairdryer in the rooms, as this would be very helpful for female guests. Overall, a great stay with beautiful views and kind staff — just be prepared for the steep climb!

Lovely property with its kinks. The property is in the middle of the jungle and the views are lovely and the hospitality is quite nice. However, it comes with its set of challenges like power cut, mosquitoes. Not suitable during the rainy season. The entry to the property is very uncomfortable through the truck. But the gondola ride is quite pleasant. It’s a lovely property during the day. Not very nice during the night. It’s a true living in the jungle experience.

It was a beautiful inn with a very high altitude. It is an inn where the car dispatch app cannot be used very much, but when I contacted the staff of the inn, I arranged a convenient tuk tuk driver to go to the area around Ela station for 1100 rupees one way. In fact, no matter where I went, they put me on 300 to 500 rupees cheaper than other drivers. The room was clean, but it was a pity that the shower toilet door was a little broken ＆ only lukewarm water. However, the outside scenery was really beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I think it is a good inn overall, such as price.
