YyukiiiiiiiiiiiiiFrom the time I arrived, he was kind and I was able to stay very comfortable! Please be careful about amenities, do you have soap? I was very happy to hear that and give me water when I left. It is close to the bus stop and is recommended if you are staying at Badulla.
AAlex SSSEverything was very good! Mesmerizing landscapes. Excellent staff who work as hard as possible to please hotel guests.
The only thing that upset me was the double bed, which instead of one mattress had two separate mattresses. In such cases, there is a “hole” in the bed between these mattresses.
GGuest UserOverpriced!
1. No air conditioning, the room is very humid, the bed is cold and wet
2. Integrity hotel construction knocks at the door of the room early in the morning
3. The room is very not soundproof. The hotel and the scenic spot share the road from reception to the room. There is also a traffic jam. Various tuk tuk passing outside the room. It is the horn and the engine roar. Very noisy.
4. No service at all except check-in and check-out
GGuest UserThis is a awesome place for family stay. The staff are super friendly and great service. The resort is 30 mins away for the Ella town, so its secluded from busy traffic or noise. GOOD place to just relax and they have a good spa and sports facilities like mini golf, basketball, squash and tennis court. The gym is wll equipment and the chalet room is superb! Finally the best part is the food.. oh its super yummy and great quality. Spl mention to Dhillon how feed us well and amazing service.
DDmitrii ShmarovThis hotel is worth staying for the stunning mountain views alone.
Otherwise, the rooms are a bit dirty, especially the bathroom, with lots of dead insects on the curtains. The bathroom lacks even basic amenities (soap dish, glass for toothbrushes, etc.).
There were mosquitoes in the room upon check-in. The staff didn't seem particularly concerned.
辻辻モナカIt was a beautiful inn with a very high altitude. It is an inn where the car dispatch app cannot be used very much, but when I contacted the staff of the inn, I arranged a convenient tuk tuk driver to go to the area around Ela station for 1100 rupees one way. In fact, no matter where I went, they put me on 300 to 500 rupees cheaper than other drivers. The room was clean, but it was a pity that the shower toilet door was a little broken & only lukewarm water. However, the outside scenery was really beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I think it is a good inn overall, such as price.
JJimmysandwichesWe had a lovely stay at Ella Rawana Den Hotel in Ella. The location is excellent — just a short walk to town, making it very convenient for restaurants, cafes and exploring the area. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony view overlooking the lush green hills. It was the perfect place to relax in the morning or evening.
The room was big, clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
However, it’s important for older guests or anyone with mobility issues to know that the hotel is located up a very steep hill. Cars and tuk-tuks cannot access the property directly, so you need to walk up, which can be challenging — especially with heavy luggage. Because of this, it may not be suitable for elderly or disabled travellers.
One small improvement would be for the hotel to provide a hairdryer in the rooms, as this would be very helpful for female guests.
Overall, a great stay with beautiful views and kind staff — just be prepared for the steep climb!
GGuest UserLovely property with its kinks. The property is in the middle of the jungle and the views are lovely and the hospitality is quite nice. However, it comes with its set of challenges like power cut, mosquitoes. Not suitable during the rainy season. The entry to the property is very uncomfortable through the truck. But the gondola ride is quite pleasant. It’s a lovely property during the day. Not very nice during the night. It’s a true living in the jungle experience.
