The hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

This is my third time staying here. When I come to Genting, I only stay at this hotel. The air is good, it's cool, and the hotel is grand. Breakfast is decent; I always load up on the salad bar. The only downside is that the activities are a bit pricey. I saw they're fixing the elevators, so I guess next time I come, I'll be able to go straight to the outlets via elevator! In the evening, sitting by the pool with a fresh juice is just delightful.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it wasn't noisy, so I slept really well. I'd definitely stay here again. There's plenty of food downstairs, and it gets lively at night with Malaysian food stalls and rickshaws, plus a McDonald's. If you're looking for Bak Kut Teh, there's a great and affordable place downstairs. I will definitely stay here again.

It was good that hotel provide water station for us to stay hydrated, pillow kind of thick & hard. Hotel was at the end of the road, shared same entrance with Windmills apartment. No proper signage for me as 1st timer. Construction before the hotel made the road in such a mess, lorries driving like F1 chasing us making it so dangerous.

A Gem Near Gohtong Jaya Nestled conveniently near Gohtong Jaya, this location truly stands out. The presence of a 7-Eleven and various restaurants nearby makes it incredibly practical and adds to the overall convenience. The staff were perfectly adequate, handling everything with a decent level of service. Furthermore, the provided car park is a definite bonus, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. All in all, the experience was well worth the price. I will certainly be returning in the future!

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting. Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked. We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason. Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out. Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,

I recently stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands for one night. The hotel has a rather dated appearance, and many aspects of the room, including the bed, wardrobe, and furnishings, seem unchanged for many years. While the room was spacious, the overall condition could benefit from refurbishment. The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was less impressive. There were visible signs of mould and some dirt buildup, particularly in certain areas of the toilet. One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the noise level. The hotel is located close to the main road at Gohtong Jaya, and traffic noise could be heard clearly throughout the night. As a result, I found it difficult to get a deep and restful sleep. Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a short one-night stay if you’re simply looking for a place to rest before heading to Genting Highlands. However, for a stay of two or three nights, I would probably consider other options, especially if sleep quality and comfort are important to you.

Room is bigger than First world. Room cleanliness and housekeeping should be better considering the price paid. Room is quiet but w/o Aircon, only just a fan. If weather is cooling it will be ok. A open air smoking area beside entrance. Location: 10mins walk to genting grand casino/ coffee terrace; 15mins walk to sky casino/ indoor theme park/ sky avenue. Amenities: take another lift to B5 for a canteen and cafe.

Room look old. Window glass outside also moldy and a lot of algae. We change room 2 time. We choose high floor. 1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall. 2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort @Guest if need to stay here please check the room first. If uncomfortable please ask the lobby customer service for change. .

Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay with good service and a beautiful natural setting—great for a peaceful break if you don’t mind a bit of nature coming indoors.
