I had a great stay at Crockfords Genting. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a true luxury feel. The hotel’s atmosphere was calm and elegant, and the location within Resorts World Genting was very convenient. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

”Although there was a technical issue during check-in and our paid room was fully booked, the hotel staff resolved it professionally. We visit here every month, and our children really enjoy the activities organized by the staff. The restaurant serves incredibly delicious pizza, which we always look forward to having. Please maintain the same great taste, but I hope the restaurant staff can be more attentive to arriving guests and avoid judging customers based on their appearance.”

Great! A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were friendly and we got a room with a nice mountain view. The room was spotless, comfortable and there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby. Drawback was a few cancelled trips from Grab, who were not willing to go up Genting, but nevertheless we still managed to get a ride.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was soft, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The suite was also equipped with useful amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Genting Highlands. There are also restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to find food and anything I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. They responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The facilities were clean and well looked after, and everything contributed to a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. Rooms were decent. Service from front counter was very good. They have good response to phone calls. They have buggy service that can take you around the place. Had unpleasent experience with food. Hope this place can improve on their food taste. Below average for the food price that is paid.

Hi, the price was great and included breakfast. However, the breakfast menu was quite disappointing. The front office service was excellent—there was a staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was especially helpful. The maintenance team was also superb. However, it was quite frustrating when we were already tired and the room’s electricity kept tripping repeatedly, and we eventually had to change rooms. Initially, there were no towels provided as well. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Room is bigger than First world. Room cleanliness and housekeeping should be better considering the price paid. Room is quiet but w/o Aircon, only just a fan. If weather is cooling it will be ok. A open air smoking area beside entrance. Location: 10mins walk to genting grand casino/ coffee terrace; 15mins walk to sky casino/ indoor theme park/ sky avenue. Amenities: take another lift to B5 for a canteen and cafe.

It's a little complicated when we are trying to heading to our room from the hotel lobby, they said the room is located in a different building. The receptionist is so helpful and lead us the way. Clean room and comfortable.

There are special kiosk for self check in for booking via Trip or other platform. Mistake to choose a smoking room, we wait for counter service around 3 hours to change non-smoking room. Great location, walking distance to casino, sky avenue and sky world theme park. Many delicious food around but overall quite high price

Best place! Management is currently upgrading it further... There's a swimming pool, a clubhouse where families can relax, play billiards, ping-pong, badminton, and just chill... There's also a karaoke room, and the staff member named Amad provides excellent service! He's friendly and welcoming to guests, even coming to sort things out late at night if needed.
