Guest UserThe hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

appleamisha95We had a splendid staycation here at Geo Resort & Hotel. Starting with a smooth check in process, easy access parking, there were mini stalls just outside the hotel lobby until 10pm, the hotel located very near to lots of eateries & convenient stores. We had our dinner at Mohd Chan just walking distance from the hotel.
The hotel room was cozy & clean enough. The amenities provided were good, I love the shower gel & shampoo because they smelled so refreshing.
The breakfast spread was limited but tasted excellent! Please try their roti canai, so good! I would recommend this hotel to anyine coming to Genting Highlands. We look forward for our next staycation here.

crazzchezzVilla is spacious and well maintained, equipped with both washing machine and dryer (wine chiller too). Two queen size bed just nice for family of four, just loved that balcony glass door can open entirely giving unblock view to the trees.
Service was great, they provide small treats daily (steam purple potatoes with butter and kampung coffee) that was just so welcoming.
The big plus was the nature surrounding us, totally enjoyed the view and relaxed. Package included a Clearwater walk to further admire the nature and the effort/passion they have in caring the animals and young forest.

JingWen 1015We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a beautiful design, and both the morning views and the night scenery were amazing. It’s a great place for a family trip or a gathering with friends.
One area that could be improved is the cleanliness and smell of the bathroom. Since the hotel is located in the highlands, the humidity is quite high, and there was some moss-like buildup on the floor as well as a slightly musty smell. It would be great if some dehumidifying products could be placed in the bathroom to help with this.
One thing we really loved was the washing machine. Having a washer and dryer in one was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the hotel.

I arrived with a lot of excitement and high expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience towards the end was not as good as I had hoped.
For the accommodation, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there seemed to be some drainage issues. There were also small insects, which I believe may have been related to the cleanliness of the drainage area. The swimming pool also did not seem very clean. When I entered the pool, I noticed some white, mucus-like substance floating on the surface, which was quite unpleasant.
The service experience was also disappointing. One of the female Malay staff members at the customer service counter did not seem very friendly or patient. I simply asked one more time to clarify the parking procedure after check-out — whether we only needed to provide our car plate number at the counter — but her response came across as rather impatient.
There was also an inconsistency regarding the gym rules. I wanted my parents to come in and have a look while I was working out, but they were not wearing sports shoes, so the staff told them they could not enter. I completely understand and respect this safety rule. However, I noticed that there were guests inside the gym exercising on the equipment while wearing slippers.
I asked the staff about this, and I was told that slippers were not allowed and that they would contact the person in charge to handle it. However, I stayed in the gym for about 45 minutes, and the guest wearing slippers eventually finished their workout and left without anyone coming to address the issue. Later, another three people also entered the gym wearing slippers.
I understand that rules are necessary for safety, but they should be applied consistently to all guests. Overall, I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but these experiences unfortunately affected my impression of the property. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness, customer service, and consistency in enforcing the facilities’ rules.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting.
Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked.
We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason.
Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra.
To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out.
Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,

LC666The hotel was basic and quite dated. There was no aircon and you can hear the noise from the amusement park and restaurants all day. Location is prime if you are staying to watch concert at the Arena of Stars. But seriously lack of service as it would take you at least 45 mins to check in unless you use those self checkin machine. No facilities and you have to go to another hotel for breakfast. No signage or whatever and it's quite easy to get lost.

monster750jpBoh tea is available. Tourist tax can be paid by credit card. There are three towers, and the restaurants are excellent. There's also a hot spring (swimsuit required). Hard Rock Cafe is in the adjacent tower. The convenience stores are also well-stocked. It's best to book the shuttle bus in advance. Grab (ride-hailing service) is also available.

Faz MhmdI recently stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands for one night. The hotel has a rather dated appearance, and many aspects of the room, including the bed, wardrobe, and furnishings, seem unchanged for many years. While the room was spacious, the overall condition could benefit from refurbishment.
The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was less impressive. There were visible signs of mould and some dirt buildup, particularly in certain areas of the toilet.
One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the noise level. The hotel is located close to the main road at Gohtong Jaya, and traffic noise could be heard clearly throughout the night. As a result, I found it difficult to get a deep and restful sleep.
Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a short one-night stay if you’re simply looking for a place to rest before heading to Genting Highlands. However, for a stay of two or three nights, I would probably consider other options, especially if sleep quality and comfort are important to you.
