GGuest UserThis hotel is at the waterfront right in the center of town. It offers excellent value! Afternoon tea, buffet dinner, breakfast and free tea/coffee all day are included in the price. There's a sauna on the 5th floor together with a small gym. A jacuzzi is available for a small fee. Bus 42 from the airport stops just behind the hotel so it's less than a min walk to the reception. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and quite spacious. Best value in town! I'll definitely stay here again.

MMelodyWenThey will do daily cleaning in the room which is appreciated, but took away our spoons which the staff thought it was the hotel’s. And sometimes after cleaning, they didn’t provide garbage bag for the bin. We are also not notified that 24 December is their ‘holiday’ so the breakfast will start late, several group standing in front of the restaurant waiting it to open while we are actuall rushing to the airport. The staff did allow us in at the end, no chaotic was caused luckily.

AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient, right in front of the cathedral. Many day tours meet up downstairs, which is fantastic! The hotel breakfast was also very satisfying. I was so happy to see the Northern Lights in Tromsø! You can consider a day tour or just walk to the pier. As long as it's a sunny day with a high Aurora Index, you'll be fine!

AApenghalouIt's a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. The restaurant and bar on the 11th floor (where you check in, have breakfast, and get your welcome drink) offers breathtaking panoramic views of the fjord. The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an industrial design. There's a parking lot downstairs, and it's convenient for shopping at nearby supermarkets. GGuest UserA great place to just stay and view northern lights just outside just at the farm. 10-12 rooms so very nice experience. Have restaurant that you can hide from the cold easily and you can step out to view the northern lights when they are out.

GGuest UserThe room has a living room that is quite big, the living room has a sofa bed, the dining room kitchen is connected, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, which is quite good.
There is a supermarket seven or eight minutes walk away. It is very convenient to buy things and cook them by yourself.
The only downside is that if the living room wants to sleep, the curtain is not wide enough to block the lights outside, and it is a bit bright at night.

Key city attractions are also very close, and the breakfast offers a good variety. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff all perform their duties efficiently and work in an orderly manner.

GGuest UserBasic hotel but you have the essentials. It is clean very close to the main street where all the shops are located. The breakfast buffet is very simple but you have a little bit of everything. You always have tea or coffee available in the hall if you feel like it. They also have a parking service in the back, it is fair but it gives you the service, I used it and although it was an ice rink at least you know that your car is ok since parking on the street is mission impossible and everything is pay.

GGuest UserEl hotel está bastante alejado del centro de Tromsø. La parada de autobús para ir al aeropuerto está a 10 min. Parece poco pero si está nevando y llevas mucho equipaje hay que ir con tiempo porque las cuestas tienen hielo.
Cuando entras, es una maravilla. Han renovado las zonas comunes y es súper bonito.
Pero al entrar en nuestra habitación doble.... No estaba renovada. Es la habitación más pequeña en la que hemos estado en 8 días por la zona. La puerta no está en buenas condiciones. El baño parece de ”un hospital”. Para nuestro gusto la cama y las almohadas son incómodas. Las paredes de la habitación tampoco están en buen estado.
Cuando fuimos a desayunar parecía otro hotel. La cafetería con vistas panorámica era preciosa. Y el desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy rico.
Nos choca bastante la inmensa diferencia que hay entre las zonas comunes y la habitación.
