My room was upgraded and ready for me on arrival, it was very clean and there was also complementary water in my room.
The Holiday Inn staff were very accommodating and helpful in every way.
The breakfast was very fresh and served well with presentation.
I would book again with trip.com .

I was very disappointed that the WIFI didn't work throughout my whole stay I did tell them the issue they did move my room but the room they moved me too had no WiFi either. As a proffesional trader Internet connection is needed especially when they stated before the room was booked that they do provide working WiFi.

Nice room and bathroom, convenient location. Breakfast buffet was nice with a adequate selection. It would have been nice to have herbal tea in the room.

This hotel is good for the facility, which is good, especially the restaurant which is in the lobby, is very, delicious. But one thing is the location is not convenient that if you need to train station that you need to walk 10-15mins, and if you go to the London city centre approximately 45mins, so the tourism needs to focus on this point.

Enjoyable 3 day stay with breakfast included.
The hotel reception and breskfast staff provided excellent service.
Our only issue with our room 204 was the key lock card failed several times, 6 to be exact which was an inconvenience.

We booked for 1 night as we planned to spend a Saturday exploring London. Location is great as the train station is about 10 mins walk away and take us straight to Waterloo. The room is really spacious and clean, massive bonus point for the huge balcony facing the canal. Receptionists were really nice, polite and helpful.
We had a fantastic stay and will definitely book again when we visit London next time.
