The second floor has a kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Standing on the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful lake view. The first floor is the bedroom, which has air conditioning and oil heaters, and electric blankets on the bed. There is a washing machine and dryer in the corridor, as well as a can of laundry detergent. We stayed for 4 nights and will book again in the future.

Locals say this is a residential area in the core area of ​​Queenstown, but we were a little skeptical every time we walked here from the town. It's about a 10-minute walk, and we have to go up a high slope, which is not easy... The house is a row of four townhouses. The first floor is the entrance with only steps, the second floor has three rooms and a bathroom, and the third floor is the living room and kitchen. Only the third floor has a view, you can see the lake and the mountain, which is shocking and amazing enough. I paid a deposit of $1,000 in advance, which was finally returned, but I don't understand why they charged so much.

The room was very nice, the tableware was complete, and the view was great, but I almost couldn't check in. I called the landlord for a long time but no one answered. It was really scary at the time, and it was cold outside. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to check in, which would be troublesome. It is recommended to ask the landlord for the password in advance

The hotel is on a slope. This time, the first row is facing the road. There is a garage below the road on the first floor. Parking in the garage is very convenient. You can also drive up the slope, making it easy to pick up luggage. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor of the hotel. The second floor is the living room. We have four adults and one child, which is just right. The hotel is quite cozy, and the facilities are very new. The location is not far from Queenstown on foot, about 10+ minutes, but there is a long steep slope... It's a bit tiring to get back to the hotel...😂 There is road construction going on near the hotel these days, which will wake you up in the morning. The only shortcoming is that there is no radiator in the hotel room. Sometimes it feels cold in the middle of the night. Everything else is good.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apar**ent was nice and warm when we arrived, the view was absolutely stunning, nice short walk into town. Beds were comfy. Apar**ent was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great communication , would definitely stay again!

A perfect apar**ent in a great location. Private parking was a bonus. Clean and tidy with all the required extras. Great communication from the owners. Full laundry facilities was a bonus. A short walk into town and a cheap taxi ride back up the hill.

Accomodation was fantastic and can’t fault anything. Views of the lake and mountains were beautiful. Housekeeping half way through our stay was great . Perfect location and a nice easy stroll into town to all attractions. Will definitely be recommending to friends !

The property is really nice, great location. The only surprise is the property does not have air condition. We were a bit worried it might be uncomfortable. One can open door and windows, and the room temperature is comfortable. However it also means lots of flying bugs in the living room. Would be a great improvement if the property has air condition option.

It needs some tlc.. you paying for the view . Some things like furniture etc needs updating.stuff in kitchen cupboards need checking Sofas etc not very comfy. But the beds were. It was lovely and warm upstairs

We had an amazing stay at these stunning apar**ents. The views were amazing with a huge balcony to take it all in. Our 3 bedroom apar**ent was like a home away from home with everything you need. The living area and kitchen were very spacious and we loved the cosy fireplace too! Everything was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend staying here, such beautiful apar**ents.

We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. The house is clean and everything you need. Also, the staff is so friendly and whenever you need help they are always there. 5 Stars ⭐️ definitely will be back again.

Great place to stay and nice large living area. Cleaner came in once and freshen up the place. Heating was great and really like the position and town distance. Only small downside was the pots, pans and cutlery we awful to use, vey only and not user frinedly, toilet seats were heavy and not soft closing + buzzer missing for garage.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It feels like a home away from home. Clean, tidy, and welcoming. The views do not disappoint. It is a great location to town with a less than 5-minute walk to central Queenstown. The hill on the way back is a great way to work off the many calories consumed!!! We will be back.
