I had an excellent experience overall. The position is absolutely perfect, right between Namba station and the heart of the vibrant street-food district. You can be at Namba station in 5 minutes by walk. The room was spacious enough, and the shower and tub were beautiful. Everything was very clean. The only thing that I found slightly odd was the structure of the building: the hotel does not really feel like a hotel when you enter, because it shares the building with other businesses. So the actual lobby is on the 11th floor. Still, the staff were welcoming and kind.

This hotel was an absolute delight to stay in. Located directly above Namba Station (Midosuji Line), one can access the Osaka Metro immediately. There's also a combini (convenience store) located within its premises. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the bathrooms large and modern, and the hotel's facade is stunning. My family and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We have stayed in Swiss Nankai Namba for our previous Osaka trip & we love the convenience of transporting to & fro airport by Nankai express. This time we decided to try something new and we are not disappointed ! The Royal Classic hotel is close to Namba station, it looks new (think it’s newly opened) and spotlessly clean. The moment we stepped into the hotel we were being greeted & guided to the lobby for checking in, the whole process was a breeze. The staff we met are all so friendly & polite, they make us feel so welcomed. We booked a queen bed room, room size is moderate, we love the ensuite bathtub, a great relaxation to soak in after a day’s walk around the city. The breakfast included is amazing, it has a wide spread of Japanese & western food and even desserts. We strongly recommend to book their rooms including breakfast, totally worth it. Can’t fault anything about this place, except that they do not have coin laundry facilities. Other than that overall a great stay and we will definitely come back for our next Osaka visit.

Highly recommend given the location and quality of the hotel.

This hotel is suitable for a short stay of one or two nights. The staff is friendly, the lobby couches are dirty, and the a**osphere feels lacking in warmth. The room's couch was also dirty, but the bathroom is clean and spacious. The bedsheets are also clean. The view is decent but obstructed, and we did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. It is convenient for a short stay before flying out, being close to Dotonbori with easy access to Namba via elevator. However, I would not recommend staying for a longer vacation in Osaka as the hotel is not very inviting despite claims of being "artsy." It can be loud at night even on the 17th floor. Overall, it is okay for a short stay but may not be worth the price.

so glad we stayed at Hotel Royal Classic Osaka! Great location with subway station right beneath the hotel and accessible via the hotel lift. Immaculately clean, modern, new. Plenty of diaper change stations / nursing rooms available for mums.

The hotel just got newly renovated with a reasonably large room and all completed facilities and great amenities of L'Occitane. I am loving this. The hotewl location is perfect for shoppers which allow a super easy access to all the walking streets, malls and market. The hotel also offer affordable and special car parking rate for guests. We will definitely come back again.
