From the first foot in the door, we could feel the love and care of this extraordinary place. The historic mansion-turned-inn is soothing in its decor, decadent in its desserts and detail-oriented in sweet and thoughtful ways. The beds and bedding were so luxurious that I would have bought them from the gift shop if I could. Everything was immaculately clean, bright and cheerful. The 3-course breakfasts were five-stars: fresh berries, homemade pastries and pancakes or eggs benny. If I were a neighbor, I’d negotiate a permanent table and never make breakfast again. Lastly, the innkeepers are extraordinarily wonderful. You can feel the love they have for each other and their work. Put simply, it is a destination of joy!

We came back for another long weekend because Jason and Laurie never disappoint! Everything is always beyond how perfectly we remember it from the last time we stayed. The Inn is immaculate, the rooms are beautiful, the bed is comfy, there are always more than enough pillows and towels, the pool is exactly the right temperature...and the food? Between the afternoon snacks and the three-course breakfast, Laurie is the Queen of my appetite! I've sent friends and family here and they love it, too. Laurie and Jason, thank you for another phenomenal experience!

Amazing! Hosts are extremely welcoming from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. Breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are beautiful. Walkable to some shops and restaurants in town. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to cape cod!

This was our second time at Captain Freeman Inn and just like the first time it was incredible! The first time we came for 2 nights in the summer, this time e came back for the off season package for a two night getaway. The rooms are great, the pool was warm and inviting even with the cold weather outside and the breakfast was second to none. We will absolutely stay here again in the future and I tell everyone I know about it!

We had another amazing stay at this beautiful chic B&B in Brewster! Laurie and Jason are amazing hosts and they have created a relaxing getaway for guests filled with delicious food in a beautifully decorated historic inn. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and has a heated in-ground salt water pool and gas fire pit on property that we quite enjoyed!! We have already booked another stay and can't wait to go back!

The Best Boutique inn. What a wonderful stay. From the Gourmet Breakfast, the heated pool for the winter rooms, the softest sheets, relaxing vibes, afternoon sweets and tea, to the lux rooms. Laurie and Jason know how to host. They are so accommodating in every aspect. This inn has everything for the perfect getaway with your loved ones.

This was our third visit to Captain Freeman Inn in Brewster. And we have already booked our next visit for April 2025. We cannot say enough good things about this wonderful inn. The inn is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is probably the best we have been served at any bed and breakfast. And has anyone mentioned the afternoon, home baked treats that are provided each day around 3:00? You will not be disappointed. Laurie and Jason are wonderful hosts and have created a perfect atmosphere for a vacation or quick getaway. Do yourself a favor and plan a trip here today.

The Innkeepers at the Captain Freeman Inn, Laurie and Jason are super friendly and accommodating. Want your cheeseboard delivered at 7 pm? No problem. A beautiful presentation of cheeses, fruit, bread and crackers will arrive exactly on time along with your choice of wine. At night you might catch the delicious scent of the next morning's breakfast pastry baking in the kitchen below as you drift off to slumber in the softest most comfortable bed you may ever sleep in. Whatever you need is always on hand, along with a little extra thought, whether in culinary department, in the upscale toiletries or in recommendations on how best to spend your day. The location is so very handy for hiking (Nickerson State Park and more), shopping (the Lemon Tree Shops are our faves) and both casual and fine dining. Just a mile down the road you will find a mile long tidal flat great for walking at low tide and lots of fun for the kiddos to discover little sea creatures. If you are looking for a getaway that is homey but includes a good amount of pampering, look no further than the Captain Freeman Inn!

Wonderful 2 night stay. Laurie and her husband were excellent and gracious hosts with great recommendations. Beautiful accommodations with attention to all details. Excellent 3 course breakfasts and wonderful treats throughout the day. Excellent location where you can walk to the beach and one of the finest restaurants on the Cape, the Spinnaker Restaurant. We will definitely return.
