Negatives: breakfast is the same every day, innkeepers are not very warm and friendly & knowledgeable, set up of the inn is awkward. Overall, Inn has all the makings of a great place, but it front desk staff/innkeeper/ breakfast staff just feel off."

"An amazing getaway for my husband and I from the moment we walked in to the moment we had to leave. All staff were polite and welcoming whenever we saw them. The daily breakfast was out of this world. The daily baked goods were such a thoughtful treat- absolutely delicious. Our room was cozy and spotless. Location of the Inn had everything you could imagine nearby. 10/10 highly recommend this place to couples visiting Cape Cod. This place felt like home away from home."

"Love, love, love this place!! This was our 9th year we've stayed at the Manse Inn. Brian and Charlie are so welcoming and gracious, we feel like we're family. "Everything about Brewster By the Sea Inn worked. Room was spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Small refrig, coffee maker, leather chairs to relax in, table and two chairs for breakfast, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, water, soap, etc. And it was very clean. Amy the owner was there whenever we needed her. She brings up coffee and tea in the morning while your breakfast is made. Then breakfast is delivered to the room. Simple check-in. It's all electronic. No key, no wait, just arrive type in your code to get through the front door, then use the code to access your room. Amy had a list of recommended restaurants and things to do. I would stay at BBTSI again in a heartbeat. "

"My husband and I stayed at the Captain Freeman Inn for a couple of nights and it was truly a delightful experience. The hosts, Laurie and Jason, have thought of everything. I’m usually an early riser but slept so well that I ended up sleeping in everyday of our stay. Breakfast was just the cherry on top. We hope to come back again some day."
