We had a great time staying here for 2 nights. Love the swimming pool. Would live to come back again.

The hotel is excellent and highly recommended! Luckily we are arranged to stay in a corner room with pano view! The only disruption is the breakfast … which is mixed with the other two hotels and below the expected standard.

Dorset is located close to the ******, brilliant to just be able to walk to any restaurant and bars and the reception as well as all staff were incredible! Cannot recommend enough

Got lucky and scored a heavy discount for a midweek tet+a-tet. Full retail tarriff is extortionate.

Best value hotel in Gold Coast. Will definitely stay again :)

The staff employee didn't look at me when speaking & and same guy at check out. Found him most rude.

Very disappointed with the state of the room upon arrival and the amount of time staff take to check in, check out or even answer phones to deal with any concerns No wonder price is cheap

It’s a very nice hotel, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable, my view was amazing and the location very good, walking distance to the shopping center and good restaurants. Also attached to the ****** 🎰. I definitely would stay there again.

We always stay at this hotel on the Gold Coast. It's easy walking to the ******, shops and restaurants.

Dirty towels and duvet !!! Sorted next day Safe didn’t work - took two days to fix TV didn’t work. Noisy bathroom exhaust fan Last trip was great This time I got a dud room No continuity on staff to fix the issues no notes taken Breakfasts I booked at check in were not logged so delays each day at breakfast etc Needs improving !!

2nd stay with them, standard room is good but less amenities but you can still call them if you need anything.

Housekeeper don’t take rubbish out. No topping up of teabags or toiletries, we’ve asked for slippers only to be told they rang out. The hotel is new with nice design, but low standards of housekeeping.

Well positioned hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately it rained during our weekend and hopefully we get to use the swimming pool next time.

Upon checking in there was 2 reception staff, one was dealing with a duo ahead of me, the other receptionist didn’t acknowledge me and kept doing other stuff. The girl was very apologetic once she got to checking me in. Once I got to my room I was looking around and there was no soap in the shower and in the cupboard where glasses were stored there was rubbish from the previous guests food (takeaway Mexican.) it smelt rather bad. I contacted reception and they sent housekeeping to fix the room but there was no offer of a drink in the lobby bar to say sorry for the room not being cleaned correctly. On my second night I went to iron a shirt and the iron was broken and it started spraying the water out onto my shirt and it made the shirt dirty. All in all the room and bathroom were nice and the location was good in having said that the service wasn’t great.
