I don’t like the bed. Hurt my back so badly. Plus, the sheets aren’t made right n clean And the bed wasn’t made properly right when I first arrived. Blinders wasn’t programmed. Shower was flooded while showering. They moved me different floor n bed again wasn’t made properly. I should have full refund for the mishaps. I’m not pleased how room is

I was disappointed in this stay at the Hampton Inn. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's and found them really nice, quiet, and good quality. Not with this one. The room walls seemed really thin as we could hear whole conversations next door. We could hear everything in the hallway as there was not even a seal around the door. No hooks to hang up anything in the bathroom. Bathtub in poor condition. We could see light through it. Loud traveling family teams in hotel so it was very noisy. No sleep. Hotel check in was fine. No employee around to check out. Breakfast was just okay. Only one coffee pot was made and it was really strong. There seemed to be things missing on the breakfast buffet as there were holes. I always enjoyed a very nice breakfast at other Hamptons. This one was just fare.

We needed a quick place to stay due to a snowstorm and a volleyball tournament. It wasn’t anything super fancy, the breakfast was okay, but it served our needs

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton with my cats. They were very accommodating and helpful as they figured out this process since I’ve never traveled with my cats before everything went smoothly and my cats are able to settle in during our stay. Otherwise breakfast and the pool amenities were great! Also, enjoyed the 24 hour coffee, tea and hot cocoa availability in the lobby. Very cozy stay!

We did a staycation for the 3rd year in a row at this hotel. Our room was nice and quiet. It wasn't busy, so breakfast was relaxing. The first day they had fresh berries and melon, so it was kinda cool to have that as an option. We'll no doubt be back next year.

Very friendly staff on all shifts. I had a multi night stay.. pet friendly, pool was nice however one of the steps on the ladder were broken off due to rust. Nice clean rooms and breakfast was decent. Conveniently located right off the interstate with lots of dining options in the area.

The property was in fairly good condition, clean, and in a convenient location. However, the front desk person upon my arrival was not that friendly and quickly pointed out that I had arrived 30 minutes before check in time. After traveling all day and dealing with several connecting flight delays, the last thing I expected from a Hilton location was for an employee to give me a hard time over arriving 30 minutes early; specially when my room was ready. I was tired and would had gladly paid for arriving early.

Room was clean but pillows stunk of sweat. I am not confident the bedding was properly cleaned. Definitely not the pillow. They were dirty and smelled.

I can appreciate that they've tried to update some things. But I can't ignore other things. For instance, there was space between our door and the frame. The lining of the bathtub has peeled off in places. The beds were comfortable though, we slept well. The hot breakfast needed work. The potatoes were half cooked, the sausage was rubbery. I did like the waffles. Staff were very friendly. No concerns there.

The hotel facilities are fine, the included breakfast was good, parking is easy, and the staff all were nice. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and there was only room for one small chair, so we had to sit or lie on the beds when were in the room. TV guide showed almost 200 stations, but we couldn't get most of them because they weren't paying Spectrum enough to see the whole lineup. A/C was almost too good, it blew out very cold air across the beds. It is a very convenient location.
