This hotel has gone downhill since the last time I stayed here. The tv didn't work, phone's weren't connected. They no longer have breakfast available and it seems like the bar was hardly open. Also, the hot tub and pools (one of the reasons for choosing this location) were down for maintenance. Disappointed.

I get that many hotels skip the daily room cleaning under the pretense of eco friendliness. So you have to request to have your room cleaned which I did on the 2nd day of my stay.. except when I got back to my room around 6 pm after a long day with meetings, the room wasn't done! And when I called the front desk their attitude was like "well we only have one cleaning person for the entire hotel and they didn't get around to get to my room." Really Terrible Service.. Never Staying there again!

The heat wasn't working, had to switch rooms, the heat worked fairly. I had 3 rooms. All rooms had problems with hot water. None of the rooms were cleaned. Fitness venter was unavailable.

I'm not sure if it was due to the snowstorm, or if the restaurant/bar normally has a very limited menu. The website mentioned flatbread pizza, but that was not an option during my stay. I ended up with a cheeseburger, which was OK.
