Very nice hotel, the front desk is very friendly, the room is also very clean, and the hot water is sufficient. It's just that the air conditioner is too cold, and it's a bit cold at night.

Good morning. I ended the stay. Only the elevator was a bit slow or the demand for them was too big. The service to enter the room was good. I found clean sheets and clean trash bins. Respect for personal items. Excellent lobby and Hard Rock Cafe food and music except for the pool The suggestion should be for children, such as swings, some chorreras with entertainment will be the perfect playground. Views was perfect ! Freezing in the hotel, WiFi doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work, a lot of construction noise in the am couldn’t sleep, food at the hard rock wasn’t good, not a lot of English speaking

The room was small and not laid out very well. It was very noisy due to bands and outside people coming to hotel. Parking was very limited for guests a couple nights we had a difficult time finding parking and we were paying guests.

The property is below average for a Marriott product. The hotel is very noisy as they have outside parties and entertainment all weekend long. It appears the construction omitted sound proof walls. The parking is also a huge issue as they do not prioritize guests staying versus people coming for the day. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful stay, only downside was the hotel ran out of wash cloths. A hotel of this size shouldn’t run of of wash cloths, but overall beautiful place to stay when visiting PR.

Modern & stylish hotel. What we didn’t like was that you could hear noises from other rooms, very clear those noises.

The rooms were very dark, the TV didn’t work, tried calling front desk and the room phones didn’t work, went down stairs, technician came but 2 hours later (11:30 pm) nothing. The following day went to talk to front desk to see if they could fix it during the day while we were out. When we came back, the TV and phone still didn’t work. We had left the car in valet when we first arrived but the following day at 10:00 am we had to get our keys from the front desk because the valet parking attendants had not arrived. We didn’t even know where the car was parked. Went all around the parking lot pressing the alarm button to find it. In summary, never again will we stay here.
