Fantastic hotel, cannot fault anything. I mentioned it was my partners birthday before arriving and they set up the room with champagne and cake for him at no extra cost. Room service was brilliant, comfortable clean rooms. Amazing city views and entertainment in the hotel. Will deffo book again. Thank you.

The apartment was very easy to reach from the airport by public transport, with a bus service running 24 hours a day. The self check-in process was also very simple and convenient. I was initially worried because I arrived around midnight, but everything went smoothly. The hosts responded very quickly and were extremely helpful and cooperative. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a late arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Really like the hotel. But main restaurant was always booked for private party. No chance to have dinner, no chance to have breakfast. We stayed in this place only because of beautiful main restaurant and were have to go to the bar to have a breakfast were staff was slow and placing order for people who come later first.

A superb hotel with a beautiful location but very noisy, the hall is always full of people, at night in the hall screaming and not sleeping, in the room didn't work TV; from the 5-star hotel we expected a little more. Positives: location is very central. Near Universitate Square and metro station, which was so convenient for me as it was also the meeting point for a day tour i had booked. Purely coincidental. Loads of cafes and restaurants (a bit pricey though) and beautiful classic buildings like the Central Bank of Romania, churches and restaurants. Studio apartment is gorgeous, spacious, clean and functional. It had ALMOST a fully fitted kitchen. (4) check in was at another hotel nearby. The guy at check in was very friendly and warm and the staff in general were helpful and helped me book ticket from a website which had no English translation. Thank you! Negatives : (1) no lifts. (2) Kitchen had no stove or even a microwave, which makes having a kitchen rather pointless actually. I mean, there’s a fridge and all but how would one heat up food? (3) the housekeeping tidied my bed but did not wash the mug in the sink or emptied the bin in the bathroom. Other than that, i would recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you!

This hotel is super nice and a very chic place to stay. Fun to have a drink in the lobby and to have breakfast inside the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious they have like three separate rooms and they have a beautiful balcony overlooking the property. Staff was flawless hotel was very upscale. The only problem I have with this hotel is that the pool is very very small and I like to luxury ate and of huge swimming pool when I am on vacation and the pool here very small maybe only suitable for children or for someone who doesn't like to swim laps. I never took a dip in the pool and I changed hotels because I wanted a spa / swimming pool hot tub amenity for my vacation. If you were not into pools then this is the perfect place to stay. I got this room for $100 a night and that is truly a steal.

This hotel has a unique local charm, though it's a bit older. The elevator is one of those semi-automatic types installed behind the stairwell, so you have to close the door yourself. Directly across from the hotel is an old, abandoned building, which makes the area feel a bit run-down. The room itself was quite clean, but the bathroom did have a slightly dated feel. On the bright side, there are attractions nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

In need of renovation and they should pay far closer attentikn to cleanloness and details. Otherwise staff is friendly and the location is good
