Room was mediocre at best and the breakfast was absolutely awful. Totally over priced at £140/night.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, BUT the on-site restaurant was closed except for breakfast,, a nuisance since there is not much choice within walking distance.

I use this hotel a lot to visit my ex in-laws as saves staying in one of their houses. I last stayed 2yrs go and in this time the hotel has went down hill. I do not recommend this hotel if you cant drive as the restaurant was only open for breakfast and we were only able to get a dinner from there on one occasion the rest of the time we had to eat in kfc or mcdonalds. This was not ideal as my dad does not eat this type of food as a result he ate very little

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was pretty uniform for Premier Inn. Arrived at 7pm after a twelve hour drive to find a notice on the restaurant that only guests were being served, but once inside, nobody at all was being served. No food. Kitchen closed. Frustrating. Had I known this I'd have booked somewhere else.

Arrived very late on a Saturday night to be greeted with the warmest of welcomes for the friendly and courteous receptionist. She also arranged a cool room for us, which was most welcome.

My friend and I stayed just for the night, checked out far earlier than anticipated due to the room being far too hot, A fan was there on arrival however it didn’t change anything in the room. Air con is desperately needed in the hotel! Other than that, all Good

Stiflingly hot (25C) meant no sleep. Window only opens a small amount and no a/c. The hotel is clearly aware there is a significant problem with ventilation as there was a (broken) fan in the room. Do not stay here if you want to get any sleep. Cheap nasty duvet and pillows too.

This has got to be one of the most friendly places I have ever stayed at! Nothing was any trouble to the staff.
