Great location and the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The suite wasn't perfect - wifi and hairdryer didn't work at first but they fixed it promptly so it was fine. Our 3 night stay was pleasant overall except for an annoying incident at the breakfast. The toaster wasn't working properly and I brought it to the attention of the staff there. A lady in black uniform was simply rude.
Instead of fixing the toaster problem, she talked very impolitely to me and blamed me for misusing it. Maybe she was having a bad day but a staff should never treat a client in such ill manner! Other staff at the breakfast were courteous though. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if not for this incident.

The room was comfortable, clean but very hot. The worst part about the stay was finding the apartment on the first day. Googlemaps takes you to the buildings where the apartments are, while the reception is in a completely different building. We tried calling the reception but their instructions were not clear, there should be better signage for the apartments

Good family stay (with teenagers). Right in the center of Pest, the surrounding area is very lively but our apartment was quiet. Very generous breakfast

Bonjour, très belle découverte que cet appartement. Situé dans le secteur de Guzsda, épicentre de Budapest, l'appartement est spacieux avec toutes les commodités et une situation exceptionnelle. Effectivement cet appartement selon votre attribution à la réservation vous pouvez vous trouver côté intérieur avec les bars, restaurants et animations nocturnes donc plus bruyant, nous étions du bon côté et sommes très contents. La réception n'est pas aisé à trouver, le mieux est d'entrer dans Gozsdu par la Rue Kiraly13, l'entrée de la réception est sur votre droite entre les restaurants Divino et Spiler. réception comme prise du petit-déjeuner au premier étage. Excellent et copieux petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Internet wifi parfait. Nous compétons ces informations par message si vous souhaitez nous contacter.
