The location in the pedestrian zone in the center is excellent with many restaurants and bars nearby. The banks of the Danube can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and they always kept our room clean and tidy, which is not for everyone.

Friendly, approachable staff. Great part of town. Clean and safe. I travel a lot for work, all over the world, and I would recommend Emerald Hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to lie your head down at night.
Not the best place if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, but perfect for my needs.

Love this hotel! This is our second stay in the same hotel in Budapest…
The only downside is that we pre-ordered a taxi from the reception to pick up to the airport at 3am, once we were down, and after waiting then asking her, she said that it was cancelled, which could have been communicated earlier, we were all trying to find ones at 3in the morning, eventually she was able to.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in the panoramic room which is very spacious and marvelous. Great hotel in a perfect location, a very good breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean and a great service.
