First of all : the cleaning was... Something. Despite of the fact that the cleaning lady was using the vacuum at 7.30 am, the sheets were dirty...
And then, the noise : I spend two nights there, and it was impossible to sleep : drunk people getting back from nightclubs, screaming, smashing doors...
And, as a bonus, the shower was cold the second day, and I couldn't stand up in the shower (and I'm not a tall person).
I don't recommend this hotel.

Very friendly owner, even upgraded my stay for free. Very helpful to all my requests. Flexible about early check in also. Rooms are small but this is what was expected for the price range.
