I'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

I liked the location a lot - the center of the center, 5 min to Florida, many places were reached by us on foot. Good service, 24/7 reception, mobile app for room and building keys, whatsapp with reception on all the matters. The apartment is very good, we asked for upper floor and city view from the 35th floor was amazing! Good swimming pool, and i would prefer it heated, but sauna helped a lot. I would only dream of dishwasher just not to waste time on this exercise by myself. Anyway, for sure i recommend this apartment.

It’s a good place for travel! This place is really amazing, and the space is larger than other hotels, and it is on a high floor overlooking the entire city. I stayed there for the second time.

Excellent option for staying in Buenos Aires. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Great views of the city, good location. Underground parking with elevators to the rooms.

There was a kitchen in the room, so it was nice to buy ingredients from a nearby supermarket and cook a simple meal. It is a clean accommodation with a nice view. However, there are 4 elevators, but there were a lot of people using them, so I had to wait a bit.

Very warm welcome, the staff is available and professional. Great apartment, very well appointed and equipped. Good geographical location. Shops and restaurants around.

In a modern, all-glass building on the 45th floor with views of all of Buenos Aires from above, 3 blocks from Galeria Pacifico and Rua Florida, fully digitally lit.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway station. It is also suitable for tourists. It is not far from San Telmo and Boca.

This 1 bedroom unit is not as good as another unit type! If you want a good-looking corner view room, it must not be this one. Location: In the central area, it is more convenient, there are all kinds of visiting supermarkets downstairs, and the supporting facilities are relatively simple; Hotel facilities: Hotel apartments, for this price, are clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large; Service: no one cleans! I heard that it was called, but I asked them to arrange cleaning on whatsapp and there was no response.
