Everything was good and friendly staff, there wasn’t internet on first day and they give us alternative cards for 5 hours and it is really appreciated but for 5 stars I will expect no issues like this. But you are on Cuba you need to understand that and have a patience. All in all recommended.

The hotel is located in the central area of ​​the old city. The appearance of the lobby and the breakfast service are all of a five-star standard.
