Just a little input for Victoria Cafe who joined the application did not check who was staying, this incident has happened to me twice, I have stayed here since it just opened until 2023, I like to stay here because of the comfort, but what makes me uncomfortable is the service for ordering through the application, the room I ordered has already been booked by someone else, even though it was through direct booking to the Victoria Cafe villa and if I did not get a room, I was really disadvantaged by the villa, because I paid in full on the application, the voucher was issued and the name of the person staying was not on the list, it turned out that after checking I accidentally found the name of my order in the email, of course I didn't accept it, because before it was the same my money was returned because of double orders from the application and direct bookings, and it happened again in December 2023, my booking had no initial solution and there was no refund from the villa, because I saw the name of my order, I immediately said it was there, then the villa employee couldn't avoid, please check regularly, villa victoria cafe manager, next time please be careful so that there are no losses for future orders, strategic villas, service must also have good ratings 👌, employee service is good, just not careful enough
