Booking The Bay Busan Station Reviews

I have to rate this place 3/5 because we were given a terrible room on the first two nights and if we didn’t complain, we’d have to stay in the apartment facing a building site and an extremely noisy highway (even on the 16th floor!). We paid for the junior suite facing the bay, and as mentioned, the place was so noisy we couldn’t sleep at night. They could only change our room to the one we paid for after 2 nights! The escalators in the building don’t work so you have to carry your suitcase 2 floors up and down the broken escalators, directions to the place were unclear either and we met other guests who had the same problems not knowing where to check in. The second apartment was great, I’m attaching the photos from both of the apartments. Make sure your apartment is in the tower B, tower A is facing Busan station and the noise will not let you have any rest. The front desk was really nice and helpful. There’s no housekeeping, even though it says housekeeping daily in the listing.

This 1 beded apartment is cozy, clean and spacious. The washing machine cum dryer is useful. There’s a walk-in wardrobe in the bedroom. The living room area is spacious- good for gathering. There are 2 CU convenient shops at ground floor. Few minutes walk to busan station, location is very good. Highly recommended.

Booking the bay provide one free parking space. Just to register your plate number with operator. We stayed in junior suite, top notch facilities. Washing machine, Dryer, clothes deodorizer, coffee maker nescafe, microwave oven, air purifier, smart tv with audio Bluetooth speaker, Smart home system. We able to call elevator from our suite. It was a wonderful stay, we had a good family time there. Housekeeping service was provided on the second day of our stay. Location wise, it is walking distance to Busan Station & Busan International Port. Very convenient.

Quick check-in. Large, comfortable room. We were accommodated on the 37th floor! We really liked everything!

We were traveling with our family, so we booked a large room with three bedrooms. First of all, it is very close to Busan Station. After exiting Busan Station, you can walk to the hotel from Exit 10 along the overpass. The front desk is on the first floor of Building A. We stayed in Building B on the 53rd floor. The room was quiet. The view of the sea was very comfortable. The floor heating in the room was also very good. Although the sea breeze outside was cold, it was very warm inside. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we could basically do it ourselves on New Year's Eve. We could also cook instant noodles for breakfast. We cleaned the room once every three days. We just had to hand in the room card when we checked out. I will continue to choose this hotel when I go to Busan next time.

High-class, clean, spacious, convenient, polite staff

This hotel-style accommodation is really great. Everyone has their own private room with three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, and there is also a great sea view. It is also very close to Busan Station. It is a perfect accommodation experience. I am very touched by the high-end accommodation experience of this smart home. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. The five-star rating is better than a hotel.

It is within walking distance of Busan Station, and I stayed there with my child, and it was great. The city view from the 54th floor was so good that I didn't need to go to the sky lounge separately.

There were 3 rooms, so 3 families could use it comfortably. It was close to Busan Station, so the location was good. It was newly built, so the facilities were very good.

The view is good, the environment is good, and it's clean.

Great hotel near Busan station. Convenient to get to different parts of the city. But a bit noisy in the area, because after all there is a train station and a large road junction nearby. The room is great: 2 large bedrooms, a common area with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms. My family (3 people) and I had a great time. Very comfortable beds, clean bed linen. In the evenings after returning from excursions we watched an Apple TV series. When checking out, we forgot a bottle of expensive champagne in the refrigerator - the guys from the reception accepted the request, and when we came to pick up our suitcases, the champagne was waiting for us at the lost property counter :) I definitely recommend the hotel for couples, families with children. Very safe and comfortable.

(1) There are no knives, forks or spoons in the kitchen. These should be provided. (2) There is no restaurant. Very inconvenient. (3) I had to walk to Busan Station, but the escalator to the station wasn't working. This was also inconvenient. Something that should be improved.
