It’s a self-check in and out type apartment, so it’s not like a hotel. There’s no room services like cleaning etc. The owner will give you password and your room number several hours before you check in.
The location would be the best characteristic of this apartment, there’s a lot of food, drinks, dessert, convenience store downstairs. Also OliveYoung and Daiso, there’s a big Emart not far from here. Also, it’s close to the beach and metro station. If you come to Busan using KTX, it takes about 1 hour to take metro from Busan station to the hotel station.
However the room is not as same as the pictures showed, when I first walked in I thought I get into wrong room, my room is more like half ocean view type room. although it’s ocean view, it’s not completely ocean, there are buildings cover the ocean. It has a lot of towels and enough cooking equipment. Bad thing is it doesn’t have soap or hand washing liquid. Others are fine. And you need to clean the trash and divide food waste and other waste and put it in 1st floor trash can by yourself.
Overall it’s a good experience, a nice apartment to live in.

I had a really good stay, it's near bus stops, subway and even express bus terminal so it's easy to move around. The beach is also very close, I recommend !!

This is the most satisfying accommodation I have ever had in Busan. The overall style is apartment-style, with almost new equipment and a very clean environment. There is a washing machine, a microwave, a simple balcony, and a small kitchen for cooking. The design of separating the living room from the bedroom gives people a warm feeling. The most relaxing thing is that the TV has built-in NETFLIX and YOUTUBE, so you can watch a series or movie before going to bed. The most amazing thing is that the wooden floor can even be set with floor heating function, which makes it feel like living in your own home. It's really great! The large mirror in the bathroom makes the space look very spacious, and the dry and wet separation design is also perfect. This is a homestay that I will always want to stay in again!

The hotel does not have luggage storage service (I took a red-eye flight to Busan at around 6pm, and asked about luggage storage before departure - the hotel did not respond. I asked before booking the hotel and paying - and was told that it could be stored. It felt very bad, and it rained that day). But the facilities in the hotel are great. It is also very close to the MRT station, the beach and the market.

The windows are all floor-to-ceiling. It's an apartment, and it's pretty good for a place this size in Korea. There's a washing machine, kitchen, etc. But the air conditioning is not very good. There is floor heating, but the air conditioning doesn't work when it's turned on. I'm almost freezing to death. It's close to Haeundae. There are restaurants downstairs. It's far from the city center.
